Research On Evaluation For The Construction Of Q City Overseas Chinese Federation Overseas Chinese Information Database

With the continuous development and change of domestic and abroad overseas Chinese information,in order to accurately grasp the situation of overseas Chinese,make further use of overseas resources,promote the attraction of foreign capital and intellectual resources,open up to the outside world,strengthen non-governmental diplomacy,and do a good job in serving overseas Chinese,it is necessary to effectively integrate the existing overseas Chinese information.In 2012,Q City Overseas Chinese Federation took the construction of overseas talent information database as an opportunity,after learning from others,researching and demonstrating,determined the scheme,Q City Overseas Chinese Federation Overseas Chinese Information Database has been established in 2014,which is mainly managed by Q City Overseas Chinese Federation,and Q City Overseas Chinese Federation Office is responsible for daily maintenance and operation.The construction of the Overseas Chinese Information Database of Q City is of great practical significance for information sharing,strengthening cooperation,improving work efficiency and promoting the management and rational utilization of overseas Chinese information.In order to understand the effect of the use of the information base and the problems it faces,and to provide effective reference for improving the construction of the information base of the overseas Chinese Federation of Q city,it is necessary to evaluate the construction of information base.From the user’s point of view,this paper evaluates and researches the Overseas Chinese information database of Q City’s Overseas Chinese Federation.On the basis of the theory of information resources evaluation,this paper studies the relevant theories of the evaluation on Overseas Chinese Information Database of Q city,mainly summarizes the current situation of the construction of the Overseas Chinese Information Database of Q city,analyses the problems and causes of Overseas Chinese information inventory of Q city,establishes the index system of the evaluation on Overseas Chinese Information Database of Q city.This paper makes an empirical study on the evaluation of Overseas Chinese Information Database of Q City’s Overseas Chinese Federation,and makes an analysis of the empirical results.It has reference value for improving and perfecting the decision-making of Overseas Chinese Information Database of Q City’s Overseas Chinese Federation.
