Research On The Evaluation Of The Effective Supply Of Elderly Care Service In Beijing

China is stepping into the era of deep aging rapidly,and the aging of population is the problem and challenge faced by China’s urban development at present and in the future for a long time.With the continuous improvement of the elderly’s requirements for quality of life,the needs and requirements of community-based home care and institutional care are further expanded under the reality of weakening the function of traditional family care function,the pressure of the service for the aged continues to increase.There is an urgent need to improve the supply system of pension services and increase the effective supply capacity of aged care services.Based on the understanding of effective supply,this paper takes the elderly care service of Beijing as the research object and the six districts of Beijing as the research scope,and the perception of the elderly as the evaluation standard,uses the methods of questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistical analysis to evaluate and study the effective supply of elderly care services in Beijing.First of all,the paper expounds the theoretical basis of the effective supply of elderly care service by combining the research literature and relevant theories of scholars;Secondly,based on the statistical data and website information,this paper analyzes the aging of Beijing population and the current situation and characteristics of the supply of elderly care services,and summarizes the development of all kinds of pension services in Beijing;Then,according to the theoretical basis,the evaluation model is established.Through policy documents,research results,interviews and network data,the evaluation indicators are extracted.Factor analysis and entropy weight method are used to select the indicators and divide the weights to build an effective supply evaluation system of pension services;Thirdly,according to the questionnaire data,the evaluation score of the effective supply of elderly care services in Beijing is calculated by using the comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that the effective supply of old-age services is the best in Dongcheng District of Beijing,and the effective supply level of the overall old-age services in six districts of Beijing is relatively high,it is found that in the evaluation of the effective supply of different services: institutional care > community-based home care > family care;Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the effective supply of Beijing’s elderly care services.
