At present,police assistant teams have been established throughout the country to assist in police management.The emergence and development of the police assistance system in China has its realistic necessity.However,at this stage,the standardization of the management of police assistant personnel is generally not high,which is mainly due to the lack of legislation of the police assistant system,resulting in the unclear legal status of police assistant personnel,the lack of basis for their duties and powers,the inconsistency of safeguard standards,and the non-standardization of team management,which seriously restricts the development of the police assistant system in China.To promote the further standardization of the police assistance system,we must improve the legal system of police assistance,especially around the center of defining the duties and powers of police assistance,clearly stipulate that police assistants can do things independently,under the guidance and guidance of the police,and that they can not do things;and from improving the laws and regulations,tamping the financial supply,etc.In order to promote the sustainable development of police assistance in China,measures should be taken to ensure the revision of development orientation in the aspects of building a reasonable system and innovating employment mechanism.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,research significance and research status at home and abroad,then outlines the relevant theoretical knowledge to lay a theoretical foundation for the following;combining with its own national conditions,it analyses the necessity of the auxiliary police system,compares the development and changes of the previous and domestic auxiliary police personnel system,and takes Wuzhou City as an example.The police assistants in the central district are the research group.This paper discusses the current situation of the management of the police assistants in this area.Through further analysis of the questionnaire survey,it is concluded that there are many problems in the management of the police assistants in this area,such as high turnover tendency,low work efficiency,confusion of post duties,formality of training and assessment,etc.One step of analysis found that the main causes of the above problems are low salary,heavy workload,imperfect assessment and promotion mechanism,poor working environment,low social identity of the position and so on.This article separately from six aspects: improving the recruitment and training system of police assistant personnel,improving the salary and assessment mechanism of police assistant personnel,improving the working environment of police assistant personnel,establishing the promotion channels of police assistant personnel,strengthening the legal construction of police assistant personnel management,and establishing the social support system of police assistant personnel.In order to ensure the correctness and effectiveness of China’s Policing development direction,the countermeasures system for improving the management of police assistants in Wuzhong District Public Security Bureau has been constructed. |
