The Explanation And Study Of Party Construction By The Representatives Of The Communist Party Of China Before The Founding Of New China

Since its establishment in 1921,the Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the Party’s self-construction.As early as October 1939,Mao Zedong summed up the experience of Party building since the founding of the Communist Party of China profoundly in his article "Publications of Communists",and put forward the idea of "building a Bolshevik-like Communist Party of China with nationwide,broad masses,ideological,political and organizational consolidation".He called party building a "great project".Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to review and summarize the development and construction process of the Communist Party of China,and to study the elaboration of Party building by previous congresses,in order to continue to promote the new great project of Party building in the new era.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which uses the literature analysis method to summarize the academic research on the previous CPC congresses’ elaboration on Party building before the founding of New China.From the existing research results,it is found that the elaboration research on Party building has more individual research on each party congress,and the overall research on its previous Party Congresses is not much,lacking comprehensive and systematic.The second part analyses and studies the historical background of the Party’s founding period,the National Revolution period,the Agrarian Revolution period and the Anti-Japanese War period and the elaboration of the Party’s construction by the Party Congress.It combs the elaboration of the Party’s construction by the previous Party Congresses before the founding of New China,clarifies the context of the continuous development of the Party’s construction,and also reveals the characteristics of the elaboration of the Party’s construction at each stage.Based on the above analysis,the third part clarifies the general characteristics of the Party construction elaborated by previous Party congresses before the founding of New China: the CPC pays attention to the unity of the number and quality of Party members,pays attention to the publicity and education within the Party,pays attention to ideological Party building,and institutionalizes the construction of organizational discipline.The fourth part analyses the significance of previous Party congresses’ elaboration on Party building before the founding of New China,enriches Marxist Party building theory in theory,promotes the development of new democratic revolution in practice,and lays a foundation for the theory of socialist Party building with Chinese characteristics.
