| Since the 1950s,the vast majority of countries in the world have tried to find the right path for industrialization and modernization from their own national conditions at different starting points.Some developing countries mainly rely on their rich natural resources to increase their national wealth;while many developed countries in the West-the United States,Japan,and Europe-use technological innovation as their basic national development strategy,greatly improve their technological innovation capabilities,and form increasingly powerful competition.Advantage and develop into an innovative country.In 2006,the National Science and Technology Conference of China first proposed the national strategy of independent innovation and construction of innovation,and then the State Council promulgated the "Outline of National Medium-and Long-Term Scientific and Technical Development Planning(2006-2020).It is proposed to build an innovative country in three steps,to enter the ranks of innovative countries by 2020,to become the forefront of innovative countries by 2035,and to become a world power of science and technology when New China is established 100 years ago.The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that improving the capacity for independent innovation and building an innovative country is the core of the national development strategy and the key to improving the overall national strength.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party,the Party and the country have attached great importance to innovation,and have introduced a series of measures to encourage innovation,and have achieved world-renowned achievements.The 19th National Congress of the Party emphasized that it is necessary to accelerate the construction of an innovative country.At present,international competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The development of a country no longer depends on natural resources and population,but is increasingly dependent on the power of innovation.The strength of innovation comes from the innovation spirit and the cultivation of innovative talents.Since the reform,the innovation ability of our citizens has been continuously improved,and the spirit of innovation has been continuously carried forward,but there is still a considerable gap compared with developed countries.How to continuously enhance the innovation vitality of the whole society,vigorously cultivate the spirit of innovation,and constantly reserve a large number of innovative talents are major issues that have a bearing on the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This article is based on the construction of an innovative country.Based on the innovative practices since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it analyzes the achievements of the current innovative practices in China and the problems in the cultivation of innovative spirit.The introduction part introduces the writing background and purpose,research review,research methods,innovations and shortcomings of this article.The first part systematically summarizes the relevant theories of the spirit of innovation and the important expositions of leaders of all generations on innovation;the second part elaborates the basic content of the spirit of innovation and the value of the times,and summarizes the importance of cultivating the spirit of innovation;the third part summarizes eighteen The achievements made by China ’ s innovation practice since the beginning have analyzed some factors that are not conducive to the cultivation of innovation spirit,and analyzed the problems that need to be solved;the fourth part is the key part of this article,from perfecting the innovation spirit training path management system,creating good innovation The environment,establishing a well-functioning innovation system and mechanisms,and optimizing the innovative talent training system have proposed ways to strengthen the cultivation of innovative spirit. |
