With the accelerating pace of industrialization,urbanization and marketization in China’s ethnic regions,the social transformation in ethnic regions is accelerating,society is showing a high degree of uncertainty and complexity,and social contradictions and conflicts are becoming more prominent,making the government the mainstay The traditional unitary social management model is difficult to meet the needs of social development.This needs to realize the transformation of social management subjects from unitary system to pluralism,to play a role of social multiple subjects to participate in social governance collaboratively,and form a pluralistic cooperative governance pattern.As an extremely important social subject,social organization must play the role of social organization in social governance if it is to participate in the social governance of pluralistic subjects.In recent years,social organizations have gradually played an increasingly important role in social governance in ethnic areas.However,social organizations in ethnic regions in China are still in the development stage,and there are still some problems in participating in social governance.Only by correctly understanding these problems and solving these problems can we clear the obstacles for social organizations in ethnic areas to participate in social governance,lay the foundation for the construction of a social governance pattern of co-construction,cogovernance and sharing in ethnic areas,and provide guarantee for the realization of the goal of good governance of social governance in ethnic areas.Based on this,this article comprehensively adopts various methods such as literature method and field interview method,taking Guangdong ethnic minority autonomous county-L county as an example to conduct empirical research on the social organization’s participation in social governance in this county,with the hope that the research results will be for other ethnic groups in China Regional social organizations participate in social governance to provide experience and reference.First,it summarizes the research status of social organizations participating in social governance at home and abroad,and clarifies the purpose and significance of this study;second,it expounds the basic theoretical issues of this study,and on the basis of analyzing the theoretical basis of this study,theoretically expounds social organizations,society Governance,social organization participation in social governance and other concepts,as well as the main functions and modes of social organization participation in social governance;then,taking the L County Volunteer Association as a case,analyze the current status and dilemma of L county social organization participation in social governance from an empirical perspective And the reason;finally,for the problem of L county social organizations participating in social governance,combined with L county’s own situation,put forward countermeasures to promote L county social organizations to participate in social governance.
