The Research On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers’ Social Responsibility Consciousness

New professional farmers are the main force of rural revitalization and the talent support to realize the agricultural and rural modernization in China.Their cultural level,comprehensive quality and social responsibility consciousness determine the level of agricultural and rural modernization in China.At present,although the number of new professional farmers is increasing day by day,the team of new professional farmers is also growing,but the new professional farmers is still a new thing,a new force,its social influence is slightly insufficient.In recent years,the consciousness of social responsibility of new professional farmers has attracted more and more attention from domestic scholars.This paper attempts to study the social responsibility consciousness of new professional farmers.In the integration of the academic achievements of domestic and foreign scholars,the definition and composition of the new professional farmers’ social responsibility consciousness are summarized.Through questionnaire investigation and interview method,pinglu county in Shanxi Province and the present situation of the new type of professional farmers’ social responsibility consciousness and the existing problems are analyzed,and tries to from the township government,the village two committees,training institutions,and the perspective of new professional farmers themselves,to explore new professional focus to cultivate the farmers’ social responsibility consciousness.The paper is divided into the following four parts.Firstly,according to the integration of the existing definitions of new professional farmers,responsibility,social responsibility and social responsibility consciousness in the academic circles at home and abroad,the concept of new professional farmers’ social responsibility consciousness is obtained.It also introduces the marxist theory of human development,the theory of social development,the theory of rural governance,and the marxist concept of mass history.Secondly,as the main force of the rural revitalization strategy,the new professional farmers should further promote the rural economic construction,political construction,cultural construction and ecological civilization construction on the basis of deeply exploring the value contained in the countryside according to the general requirements of the rural revitalization strategy.This requires the new professional farmers in agricultural production and operation activities,to be responsible for the economy,politics,culture,ecological civilization.Based on the relevant concept of social responsibility consciousness,etc and the strategy of rejuvenating rural "prosperous industry,ecological livable,local custom civilization,effective governance,rich life" of the general requirements,it will rural industry revitalization of consciousness,consciousness of political participation,rural development and prosperity of culture,ecological livable rural construction consciousness beautiful defined as the content of the new type of professional farmers’ social responsibility consciousness.Thirdly,on the basis of the research on the concept and composition of the new professional farmers’ social responsibility consciousness,a questionnaire related to the new professional farmers’ social responsibility consciousness is designed,and the questionnaire is analyzed and sorted out,and the current situation of the new professional farmers’ social responsibility is summarized.Through pinglu county in Shanxi Province new professional farmers’ social responsibility consciousness of investigation,a new type of professional farmers’ social responsibility consciousness mainly exists in rural industry revitalization of consciousness is not strong,political participation consciousness is weak,rural development and prosperity of culture consciousness insufficiency,the ecological livable beautiful rural construction lack of problem consciousness,and analyzes the reasons of the existence of these problems.Finally,based on the analysis of the status quo,problems and causes of the new professional farmers’ social responsibility consciousness,this paper puts forward the focus of the cultivation of the new professional farmers’ social responsibility consciousness,that is,to optimize the economic environment and enhance the awareness of rural industry revitalization.Optimize the political environment and enhance the awareness of political participation;To optimize the cultural environment and cultivate the rural cultural consciousness;Optimize the village living environment,set up the ecological livable beautiful countryside construction consciousness.The optimization of economic environment should start from the following points:developing characteristic industries,integrating rural resources,strengthening the construction of supporting service facilities,strengthening the protection of cultivated land,and ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products.To optimize the political environment,we should do the following: from strengthening the construction of rural grassroots party organizations,giving full play to the role of grassroots party organizations in the battle fortress,promoting the organic integration of autonomous rule by law,and resolutely fighting against all kinds of evil forces entrenched in the countryside.The optimization of cultural environment should start from strengthening the study of political theory,giving play to the role of family education,exerting the restraint role of village rules and regulations,vigorously carrying forward the fine traditional culture,and strengthening the construction of rural public cultural infrastructure.The optimization of village living environment starts from the development of green agriculture,improvement of living environment,improvement of village appearance and development of new professional farmer training institutions.
