Influence Of Competitive Neutrality Principle On Chinese State-owned Enterprises And Their Countermeasures

The development of international trade and investment led by US will have a significant impact on the future of the global economy.The competitive neutrality principle for the state owned enterprises is a direct challenge to our country.The public ownership economy plays a leading role in the development of national economy in our country.Compared with private enterprises,state-owned enterprises still have a lot of improper competitive privileges.Many of them are contrary to the competitive neutrality principle.In an important stage of China’s economic transition and the current "going out" strategy,the state owned enterprises reform is inevitable,for state-owned enterprises,which is both a challenge and an opportunity.This paper will discuss the rational response to the competitive neutrality principle and the reform of related systems,review and improve the relevant legal system in our country.The competitive neutrality principle requires that we must be based on the actual needs of the current national economic development,actively participate in international negotiations,strive for discourse power and lay a good market and legal guarantee for the sustained and healthy development of state-owned enterprises and the national economy.
