There are much research works in Chinese involvements in Tajikistan by scholars and the research area is primarily in the agricultural and land sector.President Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon said that "Agriculture is the most important sector to support the development of the country’s economy" and China supports Tajikistan’s requirement it is so simple.The author analysis "Chinese involvement in Tajikistan’s Agricultural Sector" is focusing on Agricultural Lands,Technical and Agricultural Machinery,Seeds and Agricultural Training Courses.The author has been working in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan for six years,and he has enough experience to assess this Chinese involvement in Tajikistan’s Agricultural Sector.So,the author dares to say his work can evaluate new thing in this research field.In Chapter Ⅰ,first,the author writes the background history of the Republic of Tajikistan and the People’s Republic of China relations as diplomatic relations,economic relations,and geopolitics relations.Tajikistan is a Central Asia Country,the member of Shanghai Cooperation Organization country,and the first state which signed on Belt and Road Initiative with China.Tajikistan is a lonely planet among mountains around the country in her geography position but after the Soviet Union collapsed,China became the most significant partner of Tajikistan’s trade,the transportation sector,and energy sector and especially in the agricultural sector.The author mentions that Tajikistan’s agriculture since the country separated from the Soviet Union.Tajikistan attracted to foreign direct investment by which ways and Chinese foreign direct investment came into Tajikistan in 2010 for the Agricultural sector very first.In the literature review,the author reviews the former scholars’ works in this area.Primary Research Question is "Why did Chinese involvement in Tajikistan’s Agricultural Sector increase so strongly between 2010 and 2017(and Why was there a particular spike of involvement around 2014/15)?"The author uses a qualitative research method of research methodology in doing his research.The study uses "foreign policy analysis theory specific economic statecraft approach" in this research.In Chapter Ⅱ,the author mentions "Chinese Involvement in Tajikistan’s Agricultural Sector",especially in Agricultural Land,Technical and agricultural machinery,Seeds and Agricultural training courses.Chinese foreign direct investment came into Tajikistan strongly since 2010 and Tajikistan was a purely agricultural country at that time.Moreover,there are so many lands;Tajik agriculture is an almost traditional working system,so Chinese investors studied what Tajikistan need in the real situation.After that,they took Tajikistan’s crucial point and put the Chinese support and involvement in these specific areas.The author analysis "How much Chinese involvement in Tajikistan’s Agricultural Sector increased between 2010 and 2017" systemically.Moreover,the author shows his research with figures and tables "The different between 2010 and 2017 in eight years by US $ and per cent too.The author assesses "How much Chinese could take benefits from Tajikistan’s Agricultural Sector" and "How much Tajikistan local people could take benefits from Chinese Investors".In Chapter Ⅲ,the author proves that "Why Chinese involvement in Tajikistan’s Agricultural Sector increased in eight years" in this chapter.The author mentions "Why Tajikistan was ready to accept Chinese Involvement in her Agricultural sector after 2010 more than before" because of Tajikistan’s bad harvest weather hit the country’s agriculture and rural society much in 2009.At the same time,the world financial crisis hit Tajikistan as other countries,and China took this opportunity to pave the way to involve in Tajikistan main sources of the Agricultural Sector.China President Hu Jintao himself stated that "China was ready to help Tajikistan’s Agricultural Sector" at the President meeting with Emomali Rahmon in Russia.Tajik-China border agreement in 2010 made Chinese involvement improve in Tajikistan.Tajikistan is the first country among Central Asia Countries which signed Belt and Road Initiative with China.OBOR agreement made Chinese involvement increase in Tajikistan’s Agriculture Sector immediately in 2014.The author evaluates step by step "how and why" Chinese involvement increase in Tajikistan’s Agricultural Sector in Chapter III.So there is a specific agreement between China and Tajikistan on the development of the Agricultural sector."Taking advantages from each other" Xi said that according to border affairs and "China is always ready to help to Tajikistan," Hu Jintao said since 2009.So China and Tajikistan have excellent diplomatic relations,and China always takes care of her neighbour’s social and economic development by SCO and OBOR too.In Chapter Ⅳ,the author recommends first "Chinese investors who are investing in Tajikistan’s Agricultural Sector and who is coming to invest in Agricultural sector this country",second "Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan from his research work",third "Tajikistan Local People who are working with Chinese farmers in Tajikistan Land".The author has been working in Ministry of Agriculture for six years,and he knew the real situation more than the other scholars who worked research in this field so he can point out the advantages and disadvantages for both sides.In conclusion,the author writes "Why and how Chinese involvements increased in Tajikistan’s Agricultural Sector in eight years" briefly.Chinese foreign direct investment came into Tajikistan and invested in different sectors,"Chinese investing in Tajikistan’s Agricultural Sector" is not only making benefits for China but also "supporting Tajikistan economy and society’s development".According to Chinese good neighbour policy and Belt and Road Initiative,China and Tajikistan keep on their relationship to improve both sides’ peaceful and prosperous.
