New Thoughts On Ideological And Political Education Of Poor Peasants In The Perspective Of Precise Poverty Eradication

It is a key step in building a well-off society in an all-round way to fight against poverty accurately.Under the "Great Poverty Alleviation" pattern,the national poverty alleviation campaign is in full swing.The ideological problems of poor peasants have also aroused great concern of the society,and it’s become a realistic problem that needs to be solved urgently.Especially in the critical period and the sprint period of poverty alleviation,eliminating the ideological problems in the poor peasants and promoting them to form a spirit of self-improvement and striving to lift themselves out of poverty is related to the implementation of the basic strategy of precise poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Ideological and political education plays an important role in the transformation of people’s way of thinking and the establishment of correct concepts.It emphasizes that "poverty alleviation should support the will at first".Adhering to the joint efforts of material poverty alleviation and spiritual poverty alleviation,getting rid of material poverty and spiritual poverty,stimulating the inherent vitality of poverty alleviation in poor areas and poor people,improving the self-development vitality of poverty-stricken areas and poor people,new requirements and new thinking have been put forward for ideological and political education in rural areas in the new period.This paper mainly adopts the method of interview.Conduct interview with some poor farmers and grassroots cadres from six places in Sichuan,Yunnan and Guizhou.And analyze and demonstrate the ideological problems of poor farmers in the process of accurate poverty alleviation.The paper combs,summarizes and explores the ideological problems of the poor peasants,the reasons for the ideological problems of the poorpeasants and the strategies for solving the ideological problems of the poor peasants from four aspects.This paper finds that there are four main ideological problems in the process of precise poverty alleviation through research: poor peasants’ cognitive errors in precise poverty alleviation;poor peasants’ lack of endogenous motive force for independent poverty alleviation;poor peasants’ backward moral values;and poor peasants’ modern legal consciousness is generally weak.Through further analysis of these ideological problems,the paper finds that the main reasons for these ideological problems are the infection of negative culture in the change of local culture,the ineffectiveness of ideological and political education in poor rural areas,the lack of an environment for civilized innovation in poor areas,and the low level of civilized literacy of poor farmers themselves.At the end of this paper,combining with the national conditions and regional culture,and drawing on the beneficial experience of developed countries in rural revitalization,the strategies to solve the ideological problems of poor peasants are put forward from four aspects: promoting the reconstruction of the value of local culture in the construction of new countryside;promoting the ideological and political education in rural areas to meet the solid practical needs of poverty alleviation and attack;promoting the social environment in poor areas to innovate in the process of poverty alleviation and attack;and promoting poor peasants to form comprehensive qualities that help them get rid of poverty.
