The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Educational Administration Of Party Members In Higher Vocational Colleges

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the Party Central Committee has put forward Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy(to finish building a moderately prosperous society,deepen reform,advance the law-based governance of China,and strengthen Party self-discipline),which gives great importance to "strengthen Party self-discipline".In this background,it is of great significance to enhance the education and administration of student party members,which will be very helpful to consolidate the leading place of Party Construction work,promote moral education,spread craftsman spirit and cultivate more talents with modern professional concepts and responsibilities in higher vocational colleges.This essay is with accordance to he Party-building Theory of Marxism and Total quality management theory,and applies such methodologies as Literature,survey interview,comprehensive analysis.It aims to give a deep insight into four aspects(system design,process execution,supervision evaluation and result application)of the present situation of management of student party members based on a survey of higher vocational college students of Fujian.It conducts analysis on social environment,school education and educational and administrative concepts,viewing the educational administration of student party members as a continuous and developing process,while put forward optimization strategies through four aspects:to refresh administrative concepts,to improve process of operation,to perfect the assessment and evaluation mechanisms,and to strengthen processing results.
