| In recent years,the situation of illegally migrating workers in the border between China and Vietnam,illegally leaving the territory of religious extremists,cross-border trafficking in women and children,smuggling,illegally entry of Chinese citizens gambling and other issues is more and more serious.Based on the field investigation of K County in Honghe Prefecture,this paper analyzes and combs the illegal immigration situation of K County in Yunnan and Vietnam border,and analyzes the current situation and the existing problems and risks of illegal immigration in Yunnan and Vietnam border.At the same time,combining with the actual situation of domestic some issues for illegal entry and exit of the Yunnan border should be ’while being’ different opinions of the relevant academic point of view,get rid of the thinking mode of the traditional theory of Ephraim method,with the perspective of legal,political,social and economic development of all-round perspective to analyze the Yunnan border illegal immigration problem causes,harm,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.The main types of illegal entry in the border areas of K county are divided into:Illegal immigration,illegal cross-border marrages,transnational trafficking in women and children,smuggling and other illegal activities.Illegal departures are made by the illegal exit of religious extremist forces and other cross-border crimes and other illegal outbound ACTS that are associated with the organization,transport,and smuggling of countries(border)cases.The occurrence of illegal behavior depends on certain dynamic mechanism and conditions.K county’s illegal entry and exit behavior(especially illegal entry behavior)and its fundamental impetus comes from the differences between the two countries,especially the social structure and economic development of the border areas,It is these differences that have led to a lot of border movement.Geography,transportation,language and other factors provide realistic possibilities for illegal entry and exit.The legal and policy differences between the two countries have also led to changes in the situation of illegal immigration.There are three modes of illegal immigration control practice in the current HonghePrefecture and K county border areas,The comprehensive management of social security in frontier areas with the main contents of combating violent terror activities,the statehood of illegal outbound counties,the grid-control system of preventing and controlling,and the integrated renovation of some key areas.The current practice still has some risks.In view of the present practice of border controls,and put forward:strengthen and improve the Yunnan border area border defense consciousness,strengthen the Yunnan border area border national identity construction,continue to strengthen to the border line of the support strength,scientific layout and construction border line area border villagers groups,strengthen the cooperation with adjacent countries to crack down on smuggling abroad organization,construct ’big data analysis system for illegal immigration ofHonghe Prefecture’,and strengthen the construction of the border "anti-terrorism" talent team. |
