Analysis On Investigation Of Cases Of Juvenile Violent Crimes

With the progress of the society and the development of the economy,all kinds of contradictions emerge endlessly,which turns into an inestimable inducement of crime.The physical and mental development of juveniles is incomplete,so that they can be easily affected.This makes the cases of juvenile crimes continuously and tremendously emerge.The juvenile not only perpetrate common criminal offenses,but also commit crimes with extremely violence frequently.From the school violence to the parricide,every case of the juvenile violent crime propagandized by media,causes tremendous alarm and astonishment in the whole society.The conception、procedure and manner of the law enforcement in investigating the cases of juvenile violent crimes is facing the huge test and challenge under the influence of the national condition and the human right.The public security organization must makes the social effects and the law effects unified harmoniously.This paper is based on the practical needs of investigation,analyzing the characteristics and difficulties of cases of the juvenile violent crimes and the specific measures we should take in investigating such cases.This paper can be divided into four aspects:In the first part,to define and sum up the juvenile age scale and the style of the cases of the juvenile violent crimes from the perspective of the investigation.In the second part,to analyze the characteristics of the cases of juvenile violent crimes from the typical cases happened in Suining Sichuan province.In the third part,to analyze the difficulties in investigating the cases of juvenile violent crimes through the practical investigative work.In the fourth part,according to the characteristics and difficulties of the cases of juvenile violent crime,analyzing the principle and measures that should take in investigating the cases of juvenile violent crimes.
