Study On Characteristics Of School Violent Crimes Investigation Characteristics

In recent years,the frequent campus violent crimes not only hurt the the physical and mental health of minors,but also impact the social moral bottom line,which has became a serious social problem.As the functional department of maintain social order and fight against with crimes,Public security organization has the inescapable responsibility and obligation to curb the campus violent crimes.Therefore,my paper is based on the data of violent crimes in public security work and explores the current situation,regularity and characteristics of violent crimes,then explores the targeted investigation methods.My paper explores from the following aspects specifically: the introduction part,which introduces the current situation of campus violent and the important parts of scholars’ concentration at home and abroad,and shows the background of my paper’s title,then put forward the research methods and purpose of this article.The first part explains the concept of current campus violent crime,and divides the elements of campus violent crime into four parts: spatial elements,subject elements,elements of victimization and elements of behavior through the analysis of actual occurrence of campus violent crimes.The second part summarizes and analyzes the basic types of violent crime cases on campus by calculate last six year’s statistics of the violent crime on campus in the E and S schools in X city of H province.The third part calculates statistics of the violent crime on campus and analyzes the basic situation of the investigation object,the objective factors and the legal consequences of the investigation,and summarizes the characteristics of the violent crime on the campus,which is younger,group trend,networking,burstiness,high degree of female participation and so on.These contribute to investigative organization’s fully understand of the investigative target,and help to master the motive of the crimes,then detect the campus violent crimes quickly and effectively.The fourth part starts from the practice of public security work,and puts forward the appropriate investigation methods.First,summed up the basic principles of investigating campus crime cases.The second is to analysis the difficulties of detecting the campus violent crimes.The third is to put forward corresponding countermeasures and the prevention and control work of campus violent crimes.In the real work,the public security organs should combine with the actual situation of campus violent crimes and identify the motive of crime accurately accordant to the experience of public security work,then do the campus violent crime investigation work perfectly,use the information technology,investigate the criminal suspects accurately,detect the campus violent crime timely and prevent such cases happen again.
