| The current household registration system,which is produced under the planned economic system,has made a great contribution for the orderly and rapid development of social economy in the early days of new China.It once played an important role in the maintenance of social security and population statistics.However,with the establishment of market economic system,the existing household registration system as well as the supplementary benefits system that derived in the process of development are gradually out of accord with the new economic environment.So it is necessary to reform the household registration system in order to further promote the development of economy.In addition,the eighteenth CPC National Congress stressed the importance of the new urbanization.To ensure the healthy development of the new urbanization,we need to start with the reforming of household registration system.Therefore,it is inevitable to strive to solve the problems existing in the household registration system and to explore the path of the household registration system reform in order to comply with the demand of the new development of urbanization.Based on the systematic analysis of the relationship between the urbanization and the household registration system as well as the specific requirements of the construction of the urbanization made by the party central committee,we safely come to the conclusion that the household registration system reform,which has been put forward under the background of the new urbanization construction,should adhere to the basic principle and the specific path of reform so as to remain the correct direction.As long as we handle the relationship of the new urbanization and the household registration system correctly and supported by innovative household registration management system,can we promote the new urbanization smoothly and give full use of the tremendous potential of the urbanization to China’s economic future. |
