Social Anxiety Of Tank Driver And Their Studies Of Outward Bound Training Intervention

In this study,we investigated the situation of tank driver’s social anxiety.And according to this investigation,we make OB training for the drivers who was more serious in social anxiety.We expect to develop a series of OB training intervention plan which can effectively reduce the tank driver’s social anxiety.This article there are two researchs,the first research fcombined questionnaire and literature study methods.On the basis of investigation about the present situation of tank driver’s social anxiety.There used questionnaire which as Interpersonal Trust Scale,Interaction Anxiousness Scale,Shyness Seale survey as a tool to distinguish the proper surveyors.And The results showed that compare to Chinese norm standard score,interpersonal score was lower than norm standard score,secondary vocational student’s shyness and interaction anxiousness scores was higher than norm standard score.According to the research 1,we think there is a widespread phenomenon of social anxiety in the tank driver.And the tank driver’s social anxiety was closely related to the soldier within a year and more than one year.but not closely related to gender and being only-child or not.At degree level,the tank driver who had more than a high school degree and high school diploma,were significant differences in the communication anxiety and shyness degree,but there was no significant difference in interpersonal trust.In research 2,we took the tank driver who was more serious in social anxiety was as the research object,and took OB training intervention.From two aspects of theory research and intervention research,explore the OB training intervention effect on tank driver’s social anxiety problem.The research conclusions are as follows:There was a wide range of social anxiety phenomenon in the tank drivers,and the tank driver’s social anxiety was closely related to the soldier within a year and more than one year.but not closely related to gender and being only-child or not.At degree level,the tank driver who had more than a high school degree and high school diploma,were significant differences in the communication anxiety and shyness degree,but there was no significant difference in interpersonal trust.OB training can obviously improve the experimental group the problems of interpersonal trust,interaction anxiety and shyness.Proved the OB training on intervention tanks social anxiety problem effect is remarkable.
