| With the people’s courts continuously improve the level of information technology,in order to further improve office efficiency,streamline administrative processes,standardize records management and speed up the construction of information technology,the courts make more requirements of Electronic Archives System.At present,courts at all levels in Tianjin need a unified electronic archives borrowing platform to facilitate the judges and the people to be able to borrow whole city’s case documents.Therefore,we have developed an Electronic Archives System of Tianjin People’s Court based on B/S architecture.The Electronic Archives System using J2EE architecture and the MVC design pattern,combined with Hibernate,Struts and other commonly used techniques to build.The system uses Sybase database system as a common data persistence storage.The entire Electronic Archives System is composed of multiple components,including the core function of borrowing and the capabilities to scan paper files,with the model to print QR code indicating the case information.As to the borrowing function,it includes the social lending and borrowing besides with nosocomial judges,campus-wide lending and borrowing trial of electronic records and other functions.For scan-and-upload function,it mainly related to the case files electronically,for easy retrieval later.For the QR code printing capabilities,it combines mainly the case information into a QR code stickers,as a convenient file management.The Electronic Archives System has many advantages.As a result of B/S architecture,it’s extremely easy to deploy and update.And with the use of Sybase databases,it can reuse old data and communicate with other systems. |
