The Influence Of Mi Fu Slips On My Calligraphy Creation

The Song Dynasty was another glorious heyday after the Tang Dynasty in humanities and arts.Both poetry and calligraphy are pushing the art civilization of the whole era forward with a modest force,and running script,as one of the calligraphy styles,can blossom in the song Dynasty by itself,leading the way and occupying a central position,which shows that its development strength can not be underestimated.The Times have produced many great artists.During this period,calligraphers such as Su Shi,Mi Fu,CAI Xiang and Huang Tingjian emerged.Their step by step exploration of running script confirms the development and evolution level of running script in song Dynasty,when the culture was prosperous.Because Mi Fu is one of the leading figures in the trend of the Song Dynasty,whether in the exchange and learning with Su Dongpo,the "true interest" "natural" calligraphy thought,or his "brush word","set of ancient words",all reflect the distinctive artistic personality and quality of the calligrapher.His calligraphy was also copied by contemporary calligrapher and later generations,and pushed Mi Fu to the peak of the Song Dynasty.All kinds of contradictions prompted the author to choose Mi Fu,one of the "Four Song" as the research object,this paper will explore the charm of Mi Fu’s slips from the author’s creative background,calligraphy thoughts,characteristics of running books and other aspects.This paper analyzes the strong contrast between the density,ink color,line thickness and axis fluctuation in Mifu’s slips and rules,and discusses and summarizes the characteristics and rules of the forms of Mifu’s slips and rules by referring to the latest theoretical results of the study of slips and rules.In terms of research methods,positivism is adopted to carry out in-depth "dialogue and communication" with the works by means of historical proof,explanation of history and combination of historical theory.Art is both material and spiritual.The works contain calligrapher’s artistic thoughts and moral sentiments.The author will also be the same with the research significance of the form of Mifu zhangfa,better into the daily calligraphy creation.
