The Inspiration Of Dunhuang Calligraphy To My Creation

This paper tries to analyze the calligraphy art of Dunhuang writing sutra in sui and Tang dynasties,and discusses from three aspects: the general situation of Dunhuang writing Sutra in Sui and Tang Dynasties,the characteristics of dunhuang writing sutra in Sui and Tang Dynasties,and the enlightenment of Dunhuang writing Sutra in Sui and Tang Dynasties to my creation:1.General situation of Dunhuang Sutra writing in sui and Tang DynastiesThe Sui and Tang dynasties were the heyday of China’s feudal society.Due to the open and broad political system,there was a situation of multiple and parallel academic thinking.In the Sui Dynasty,Yang Jian,emperor Wen of Sui Dynasty,unified the whole country,temporarily ending the chaotic social situation,and the culture of sutra writing and calligraphy also ushered in a new climax.The strong and simple calligraphy style of the Northern Dynasty was gradually combined with the gentle and beautiful style of the Southern Dynasty,forming a new style of calligraphy.During the Tang Dynasty,political stability,national strength,high cultural dissemination and prosperity also made Dunhuang art reached its heyday.2.Characteristics of Dunhuang Calligraphy art in sui and Tang DynastiesDuring the Sui and Tang dynasties,the country was unified and the styles of calligraphy from the north and south were integrated.In addition,the whole country attached great importance to calligraphy,and people’s aesthetic requirements for calligraphy were inevitably reflected in the works of writing sutra.Therefore,it analyzes and summarizes the artistic characteristics of "practicality","aesthetic" and "religious".3.Sui and Tang Dynasty dunhuang calligraphy on my creation of inspirationBy collection of and study of sui and tang dynasties dunhuang calligraphers works,on the basis of understanding fully the different work style,I began to choose the style characteristic of calligraphers in-depth copy works,and the technique of lower case,the nexus of contracts,composition features and the overall artistic realm using Yu Xiaojie creation,in order to "the ancient flow today".
