The Book of Songs is an important carrier of China’s pre-Qin society and culture, and it is also an important historical material for scholars to study pre-Qin society and culture.Since its inception, agriculture has been an indispensable part of socio-economic development. The record of Guo Feng reflects that there are obvious regional differences in the level of agricultural development in the Central Plains Cultural Region during this period. In the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, the existing agricultural development foundation has brought the level of agricultural development in this area to a new height in the zhoushi.Due to the lack of continuous development of agriculture in the fencing areas outside Of zhongzhou, the traditional methods of gathering, fishing and hunting production are still preserved. The main object of this paper is the phenomenon of farming culture contained and expressed in the Book of Songs, and it is believed that there is a cultural genealogy in the Book of Songs, that is,the main trunk is the farming culture, the branches are the spirits derived from the farming culture, such as Shangnong,Shangwu, and Shangwu, the flowers and leaves are different national personalities, and the roots are the natural and human geography foundations of different regions, and the fertile soil that continues to provide nutrients for this lineage is the agriculture that continues to develop during this period. On the basis of the theory of "heaven","earth" and "man",combined with the research perspective of regional geography provided by "National Style",the basic research paradigm of this paper is formed:First of all, according to the rivers, mountains and cities recorded in the Guo Feng, this article examines the geographical scope of each princely state one by one,and according to the geographical spatial connectivity, divides the fifteen princely states into four regions:the eastern part(Qi,Chen,Cao),the central part(Bei,Yong,Wei,Wang,Zheng, kuai),the western(Tang,Wei,Qin,and Bin),and the southern(Zhou,Zhao’ernan).Secondly, taking the natural geographical elements in each region(this paper selects the topography and landform with small interannual variation range, plants with climate and altitude orientation, and hydrological conditions in the region)as reference, and the production and living tools and social production methods recorded in the full text of the Book of Songs as human geographical conditions, the level of agricultural development in each region is sorted out and summarized. Finally, the regional representative agricultural customs embodied in the poems of Guo Feng in each region are selected for research, namely the Wubu culture in the eastern region of the text, the "Zheng Feng obscenity" in the central region, the shangwu spirit in the western region, and the the concept of marriage and love of the "Ernan" in the southern region. And try to interpret the above specific problems from the perspective of the agricultural cultural identity of this period.Whether it is chen guo wufeng in the eastern region,Zheng Guo "Zheng Feng obscene" in the central region, the Spirit of Shangwu in the western region of The Qin state,or the formation and change of the concept of marriage and love in the southern region still take collecting fishing and hunting as the main mode of production,in the final analysis,it is the specific expression of people’s identification with farming culture or the derivation of farming culture in this period. The study of agricultural geography and culture provides an agricultural and geographical perspective for the study of social culture and customs in the Book of Songs.
