| Wang Qiansun’s "Reading Fu Jie Yan" is a rather insightful treatise on endowment in the Qianjia period,which is not limited to the trivial excerpts and criticisms of predecessors,but can be included in the thinking of the "body" of lexical endowment,and describes the source,endowment,and method of endowment,which has a strong theoretical systematization and highlights the consciousness of scholars.First,in the research of the origin of the history of Fu,Wang Qiansun put forward the viewpoint of "Xun Qu and Ancestors",highlighting the key position of Xun Fu in the process of changing the "poetry" style into a scattered body.Although he admitted that he was endowed with the "Poems",he no longer adhered to the position of "Poetry" as the basis,put forward the theory of "other sons as ancestors",referred to Xunzi and Qu Yuan as the "near ancestors" of Fuzhi,regarded the "poems" as "distant ancestors",and tried to alienate the endowment from the "poems".Combined with the specific concept of creation,Wang’s statement that Song Yufu is both comprehensive Xun Fu and Qu Sao,just like the Xun Fa is in line with a certain reality,but the style of the two people’s endowments is more directly from the prose of the Warring States Sons,which shows that Wang Yusun lacks a comprehensive vision of stylistic development.Secondly,Wang Qiansun expounded the essence of the fu body laying out the narrative,thus revealing that the endowment is not like poetry with the space to accommodate emotions,nor is it very different from the "reward of innocence" of poetry,which not only jumps out of the poetic standard of emotional ontology,but also takes the lead in distinguishing the difference between poetry and endowment from the perspective of "reason".In terms of sentence form,Wang Qiansun not only realized the dissolution of the boundaries of poetry and endowment in five and seven-word verses,but also further pointed out that such sentence forms,whether it is the sentence structure of single-word emphasis,or the rhythm of depression and the syntactic style of the whole refinement,are not inferior to the loose laying of the endowment.Finally,in the creation of the treatise,Wang Qiansun was influenced by the Tongcheng school’s "ancient text as the time text",not limited to the study of dense and delicate techniques,advocating the ancient grammar and chapter structure based on intention,and breaking the stereotype of the law endowment starting with four-word tight sentences,proposing to break the problem with long sentences in prose and pursue a simple and natural aesthetic style.However,his honor does not abolish the law,and his summary of the Tang law’s official rhyme system and the method of rhyming with virtual characters are quite knowledgeable. |
