A Study Of Wang Fuzhi’s Thought Of Change Management

Wang Fuzhi is one of the mast erpieces of the history of Chinese philosophy,and his philosophical thought is profound,especially in his dialectical philosophical thought,which contains many tactics of contingency management,which need to be further excavated and studied..This paper deduces the content of Wang Fuzhi’s dialectical philosophical thought about the development of socialism,the development of social change and the thought of ruling the country through the method of literature,analysis and synthesis.The main findings are:First of all,the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty is a "unrestrained" period,the turbulent social environment aroused the desire of Wang Fu’s contingency management.Secondly,Wang Fuzhi inherited and developed the thought of "yin and yang" and "yin yang"management thought and the thought of Confucian "meritorious service".On this basis,the author puts forward the principle and standard of contingency management.Thirdly,Wang Fu’s "ritual" runs through the exercise of power,the formulation of law and the conflict of righteousness and interests,in order to solve the contradictions encountered in management,highlighting the characteristics of Wang Fu’s contingency management theory.Finally,due to the excessive emphasis on the role of "ritual" in Wang Fu’s change management thought,it obviously has a tendency of moralism,which has its limitations in exercising contingency management.In short,"through the ceremony,the right to salute" is the core of Wang Fu’s management ideas.To be effective in practice,that must be achieved to "ceremony" for the principles and standards.Wang Fu’s change management thought provides an important reference value for us to build a harmonious management environment.But we should regard Wang Fu’s change management thought and keep pace with the times.
