| Taking Wang Duo’s and Ni Yuanlu’s vertical cursive calligraphy works as the research object,this paper discusses the similarities and differences in the artistic styles of Wang Duo’s and Ni Yuanlu’s vertical cursive calligraphy works,focusing on the similarities and differences in specific techniques between Wang Duo’s and Ni Yuanlu’s works,as well as the reasons for the entanglement in Wang Duo’s works and the non entanglement in Ni Yuanlu’s works.This paper is divided into three chapters and conclusions: the first chapter "the style and language of Wang Duo and Ni Yuanlu’s cursive script",discusses the objects of Wang Duo and Ni Yuanlu’s cursive script and their personality creation in the vertical axis cursive script,so as to pave the way for the detailed comparison of Wang duo’s and Ni Yuanlu’s vertical axis cursive script works in the second chapter.The second chapter is "the comparison of the cursive language and its connotation of Wang Duo’s and Ni Yuanlu’s vertical axis works",which is divided into six sections.The first section points out that the artistic requirements of the vertical axis are different from those of the manuscript or letter.The second section starts with the most important overall effect in the vertical axis cursive works,and first compares the composition of the two people’s composition.The composition of Wang Duo and Ni Yuanlu is divided into two aspects: inter word connection and inter line connection.The inter word connection of the two people adopts the method of strengthening word group.Ni Yuanlu strengthened the connection between characters through the interspersion of characters and the natural change of ink color;The connection between Wang Duo’s characters is mainly through the swing of word group and axis.Wang Duo is rich in the connection between lines.The axis of a line of words swings very large.He also adjusts the density and contrast of his works through the distance between lines;While Ni Yuanlu’s inter industry connection is more conservative,not as rich as Wang Duo.The third section is to compare the calligraphy methods of the two people’s cursive calligraphy on the vertical axis: the dangerous Jue of Wang Duo is compared with the side of Ni Yuanlu.The two people added variant characters in their creation,which is the same point in their calligraphy methods.The fourth section makes a comparative study of the similarities and differences of Wang Duo’s and Ni Yuanlu’s handwriting on the vertical axis.In the face of the problem of "expanding and becoming big",Wang Duo adopts the way of center plus twisting,while Ni Yuanlu adopts the ways of narrow overlap,exposed front and "astringent" to meet the requirements of the writing style of the vertical axis.The fifth section mainly discusses the ink method of Wang Duo and Ni Yuanlu in the vertical axis cursive script.Wang Duo’s "rising ink method" and Ni Yuanlu’s "thirsty ink method",both of which can produce strong visual effects in the works.The sixth section discusses the deep reasons for the entanglement in Wang Duo’s works and the non entanglement in Ni Yuanlu’s works,as well as the significance for our creationThe third chapter is "the significance of Wang Duo and Ni Yuanlu’s cursive script to the present",which mainly summarizes the artistic value and significance of their works to the present.Wang Duo and Ni Yuanlu,two calligraphers,have made great contributions to the exploration of vertical axis cursive calligraphy and have an important impact on today’s hot calligraphy exhibition.The significance of the two calligraphers to the present is divided into two angles: method selection and practice.Method selection is about the teaching of calligraphy,and the practice angle mainly focuses on the specific technical level of calligraphy.The conclusion mainly states that when facing the new proposition of vertical cursive writing,Wang Duo’s winding is due to the cursive writing,and more curves are bound to be wound.Ni Yuanlu’s non winding is due to the regular script,and the shape close to square or diamond is bound not to be wound. |
