Nominal predicate sentences with "De" phrase as predicate belong to a small category of nominal predicate sentences. In the past, there were many academic researches on nominal predicate sentences and rich achievements, but there was no systematic analysis of each category. The nominal predicate sentence with "De" as the predicate has its own characteristics and can be studied in syntax, semantics and pragmatics. Therefore, based on the analysis and investigation of the corpus, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the nominal predicate sentence with "De" as the predicate from three levels: syntax, semantics and pragmatics. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the main part of the paper includes the following three aspects:The first part is the syntactic analysis of the nominal predicate sentence with the "De" phrase as the predicate. This part includes subject type analysis and predicate type analysis. In terms of subject type, the subject of noun predicate sentence with "De" phrase as predicate can be divided into two categories: body component and predicate component, among which body component can be divided into noun, personal pronoun and noun phrase; In terms of predicate type, the predicate "x + De" of nominal predicate sentence with "De" phrase as predicate can also be divided into two categories, namely "body part + De" and "predicate part + De".The second part is the semantic investigation of the nominal predicate sentences with the "De" phrase as the predicate.According to the semantic differences of the predicate part, the nominal predicate sentences with the "De" phrase as the predicate are divided into three categories: attribute category, situation category and action category. The attribute category can be further divided into identity, material, possession, characteristics and traits;Situation can be further divided into time, place and way;The action category can be further divided into use and description, with a total of ten sub categories. In the specific analysis, the combination of language form and grammatical meaning is used to investigate the situation of each semantics, and find out the formal verification standard of each semantic type. The third part is the pragmatic research on the nominal predicate sentences with the "De" phrase as the predicate. This part mainly classifies them according to the function of the nominal predicate sentences with the "De" phrase as the predicate in the text. When they exist as the originating sentence, the nominal predicate sentences with the "De" phrase with the definite subject as the predicate are unmarked and the nominal predicate sentences with the indefinite subject are marked. As a follow-up sentence, the noun predicate sentence with the "De" phrase as the predicate consistent with the topic of the original sentence belongs to unmarked phenomenon, and the noun predicate sentence inconsistent with the topic of the original sentence belongs to marked phenomenon. As a terminating sentence, the noun predicate sentence with the "De" phrase as the predicate in the present form belongs to unmarked phenomenon, and the noun predicate sentence with the past form belongs to marked phenomenon. |
