A Study Of He Shaoji’s Regular Script Techniques ——Taking《Aphorism Of Regular Script》As An Example

The rise of tablet calligraphy in Qing Dynasty took seal script and official script as the forerunner.After Daoguang,it gradually expanded to the field of regular script.With the continuous improvement and development of the theory of stele,the calligraphy of stele school has formed the aesthetic characteristics of ancient strength and simplicity.He Shaoji is good at textual research,and has made great contributions to the theory and practice of epigraphy.He devoted his life to the creation of calligraphy,and all his bodies are good.In this paper,taking "Regular Script Maxim Volume" as the research object,combined with He Shaoji’s calligraphy ideas and the causes of writing style,the characteristics of its regular script techniques are analyzed.The first part mainly discusses his calligraphy ideas.Through his epigraphy research and the thought of respecting monuments formed under the influence of the North-South School of Calligraphy,this part makes a concrete analysis of He Shaoji’s view of regular script,integrating the features of ancient characters of seal script and Li calligraphy into the creation of regular script,pursuing the ancient meaning of seal script,as well as the principle of horizontal and vertical calligraphy and the philosophy of calligraphy that emphasizes bones and despises posture.The second part roughly classifies He Shaoji’s regular script works,and analyzes the different styles and characteristics of each work and the reasons for the formation of its writing style.Influenced by teachers and friends at home,I learned from childhood,and was influenced by Euclid and Beibei tablet.I liked Taoist tablet and Zhanghei tablet,but I didn’t stick to it.Besides,my unique way of writing back to my wrist made my regular script form a unique style.The last part mainly makes a detailed analysis of the techniques of He Shaoji’s Regular Script Maxim Volume from the aspects of brushwork,knot structure and composition.He Shaoji,with his rigorous attitude towards learning books and persistent calligraphy practice,created a unique writing method,and became his own and unique style.
