Since 20 th Century,a great number of bamboo slips in the Han Dynasty and the unearthed bricks and titles made the whole calligraphy works fresh and new,they were titled by “Folk Calligraphy” and attracted much attentions.But the calligraphy for the purchase of land has been unearthed continuously since the Qing Dynasty,and only fewer people showed interests.Although the purchase of land was just roughly understood article,it was not aimless arbitrary writing.Most of articles in purchase of land could be seen in the awkward way with interest of “baby body”.At present,the author has collected totally 17 pieces of archaeological unearthed purchase of land in the Eastern Han Dynasty,the most earliest “Purchase of land for Yao Xiaojing” was unearthed in Yongping 6 years(73 A.D.),then “Purchase of land for Wu Mengzi's male baby” was unearthed in 81 A.D.,the rest were unearthed in 161-219 A.D.They were just at the peak of development of Han Dynasty,but the writing of paperwork was quite different from carved stone of Eastern Han Dynasty.Purchase of land seemed like inadvertent and casual engravings,but it created the mysterious change in its writing tracks and paintings with unique styling of words.They showed different temperament from writing style of the times.Although the appearance of these words were not as elegant as the Han inscribed tablets,it also reflected the writing style of the lower society and showed naive and childish interest of lower working people,and it was the aesthetic style of the ancient and modern calligraphy art.Smooth and flexible structure of its paintings made the whole characters interesting and curious.It could be used in contemporary calligraphy creation to provide rich nutrition for the style diversification of contemporary calligraphy,and to provide evidence for the evolution and development of the handwritten script in the Han Dynasty.
