In today’s highly industrialized society,in the process of continuous development and growth of Pu’er tea industry,a large amount of waste discharged in the process of industrial production and a large amount of energy consumed have caused a certain degree of pollution to the environment and had a negative impact on the development of Pu’er tea industry.Under such a background,General Secretary Xi Jinping also mentioned,the field of brand image design under the concept of ecological design is also relatively scarce in China.This paper starts with the introduction of ecological design concept and Pu’er tea brand image design concept,and then discusses the application of ecological design concept in other brand image design.Then,according to the current situation of Pu’er tea brand image design,this paper analyzes the design principles followed by ecological design concept,and finally carries out the practice of Lancang ancient tea brand image design by using the design principles followed by ecological design concept,through literature research method,case analysis method And questionnaire data survey method to further improve the theory and practice system of Lancang ancient tea brand image design,and open up a way for Pu’er tea brand image design under the concept of ecological design.
