| The development history of electronic organ is not long.In 1958,Beijing Institute of Posts and Telecommunications developed an electronic tube monophonic electronic organ.It was not until the 1980 s and 1990 s that the electronic organ industry developed rapidly in China.The production of electronic organ must build a teaching team.Nowadays,most of the training institutions in downtown Guilin offer electronic organ majors.First,the price o f musical instruments is appropriate,and second,it has a certain source of students.Combi ned with electronic organ,it is the professional field that the author has studied for many y ears.Therefore,the author selected four training institutions offering electronic organ cours es in Guilin to investigate and teach children’s electronic organ.Learning provides a refere nce.Nowadays,under the background of the "double reduction" policy,non-disciplinary tr aining institutions have their own place in the new era with their social status,openness in t he form of running schools,and the diversity of teaching content.In view of the current sit uation presented by non-disciplinary training institutions to improve aesthetic education,e nrich curriculum idology and politics,and implement the "double reduction" approach,a s urvey was conducted into the teaching status of children’s electronic organ,and found that t raining institutions have also exposed some problems in various aspects,such as the uneve n distribution of early teachers,and the teaching model is still Traditional teaching is domi nated,lacks innovation,and lacks a certain core for aesthetic education in training instituti ons.In this survey,in addition to the basic curriculum of training institutions,electronic or gan should be inferential and inferential to arouse the reflection of music training institutio ns.How to give better play to the function of aesthetic education under the "double reducti on" policy is also an urgent problem to be solved.Under the background of the "double red uction" policy,the author investigates and expounds the problems faced by children’s electr onic organ teaching in training institutions.If we do not pay attention to these problems,it will affect the future prospects of non-disciplinary training institutions and is not conduciv e to the qualitative development of music education.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey between teachers and students from the cu rrent situation of children’s electronic organ teaching in Guilin urban training institutions,i nterviews with the managers,teachers and students of training institutions face to face,exp ounds the problems displayed in the current teaching situation through the survey results,a nd finally analyzes the causes and countermeasures of the teaching problems.Training insti tutions should seize development opportunities,combine their own advantages,and focus on innovation and reform in opportunities,so as to adapt to the new return of educational d evelopment in the new era and the new methods in the "double reduction" policy,break the long-standing weak link of aesthetic education,and realize the new reform of music traini ng institutions.Combined with the "double reduction" policy as the background,the author writes articles,so as to promote the teaching of electronic organ children to be more scient ific and standardized in training institutions,and enlightenment to promote non-disciplinar y training institutions to open a new chapter on the road of music education. |
