This article focuses on the current situation of children’s sports dance training market in Suzhou City,and uses literature,classroom observation and field surveys,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,and other methods to train urban sports in Suzhou.Conduct investigations and research on the status of development of training institutions.Conduct investigations and analysis on the three aspects of the training of heads of sports dance training institutions,parents of students,and sports dance instructors.The aim is to understand the development of children’s sports dance training institutions in Suzhou and find out The existing problems and factors that affect children’s sports dance in training institutions and put forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of children’s sports dance training in Suzhou City.Research indicates:(1)Characteristics of trainees: younger students;unbalanced gender ratio,lack of fixed dance partners;shorter time for students to learn to dance;shorter learning time and less number of times;training dance focuses on Latin dance;there are more competition opportunities,and competition levels are not different.It is difficult for the parents of the students to choose from them;the parents of the students participating in the sports dance training have a single motivation and most of them are at the general level.(2)Characteristics of coaches: Coaches engaged in children’s sports dance training in urban areas of Suzhou continue to promote the development and progress of children’s sports dance in Suzhou,and are also the backbone of children’s sports dance training in Suzhou City.However,coaches have unreasonable proportions of men and women.Most of the coaches in the institution are unable to perform double demonstrations in the classroom;the number of years of coaching is short;the level of qualifications is generally high;the professionalism of the coaches generally needs improvement,and the professional level of the referees is low;Part-time and more professional and full-time;the source of professional knowledge is more systematic and comprehensive,but there are irrational phenomena in teaching methods.(3)Characteristics of training institutions: The operating bodies of training institutions are mainly self-employed.The duration of development is relatively short,and the scale of investment is small;training institutions managers basically do not accept professional management training;the strength of teachers can generally meet the needs of training;training institutions carry out smaller scale in number of branches,number of trainees and number of staff;In general,preschool professional testing is not conducted;venue equipment and equipment are not standardized;training institutions are lacking in management methods and publicity and promotion methods,and the scale of publicity and investment is not large.
