Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,an emerging business form—the industrial development model of the integration of agriculture and tourism has gradually prevailed and has been popular among people.The study found that the industrial model of integrated development of agriculture and tourism organically integrates agricultural production and rural tourism,which can not only promote the expansion of agricultural production scale,improve agricultural production quality,increase sales of agricultural products but also provide new tourist attraction for surrounding citizens.At the same time,it can also promote the development of the local service industry,improve the local environment,and enhance the ability of local governance.Specific to the integrated development of the citrus industry and rural tourism,how to coordinate the advantages of both,combine both of them efficiently and properly,implement the rural revitalization and development strategy completely,and promote the comprehensive development of ecological value,economic value,and social value is a worthwhile question to think about and research.This paper takes the Yangtze River Peninsula Citrus Culture Industrial Park project in Area S as the research object.First of all,through looking through relevant documents and on-site investigations,we learned about the current development of the citrus industry and rural tourism in the project.Secondly,we made a comprehensive analysis according to the construction content,construction necessity,construction goals and other factors of the project Finally a practical framework will be come up with.After that,using market forecast,market research,SWOT analysis,net present value method and other research methods focus on the market feasibility,technical feasibility,operational feasibility,economic feasibility and other aspects of the project to conduct profound research.Then make a summary of the feasibility of the project based on market,technology,operation and economy.moreover,according to qualitative,quantitative comprehensive analysis and methods of expert analysis,risk points of the project will be proposed.The importance of each risk of the project is analyzed by AHP and comes up with targeted risk response methods.Finally,by summarizing and induction,the author of this paper believes that the project is feasible because it meets the actual needs of local development and the risks can be prevented and controlled.The project is not only with good economic benefits,but also locals will be lead to become rich,the local economic and social development will be promoted.
