The research object of this paper is 134 bronzes with inscriptions in the pre-Qin period in Shan Dong Museum.Among them,there are 63 bronze utensils in the late Shang Dynasty with short inscriptions,mostly inscriptions are family emblems.The number of "Ju" family utensils and "Ya Chou" family utensils is the most numerous.There are 31 bronze utensils in the Western Zhou Dynasty,and the most famous one is "Song Gui".There are 150 characters inscribed in the vessel,which recorded the whole process of "Song" receiving the canonization of Zhou king,which provided help for the study of the appointment system of the Western Zhou Dynasty.40 bronze wares of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty were mostly made by the princes of small countries,such as: "Ji Bo" utensils,"Zhu Zi" utensils,"Zhongzi Ping" bells and so on.The article is divided into two parts: the first part is the introduction,which briefly describes the research situation and the structure of the thesis on the inscribed bronzes in Shan Dong Museum.The second part is the main body of the article,which is a specific study of the pre-Qin period bronzes in Shandong Museum.According to the bronze age,it is divided into three chapters: the late Shang Dynasty,the Western Zhou period and the Eastern Zhou period.Among them,the second chapter is divided into three sections: "Early Western Zhou Dynasty","Middle Western Zhou Dynasty" and "Late Western Zhou Dynasty";the third chapter is divided into four sections: "Early Spring and Autumn Period","Middle Spring and Autumn Period","Late Spring and Autumn Period" and "Warring States Period".In each chapter,the specific information of each bronze utensil is introduced in the order of food vessel,wine vessel,water vessel,musical instrument,weapon,and utensil,that is,the image,rubbing,time and place of unearthed bronze vessel,description and interpretation.Interpret the inscription and select the important points of the predecessors to record it.For objects with many images,compare their different plates,and briefly describe the differences and connections between them.
