Research On The Image Of "Local Sages" In Local Novels Since 1990s

Since the 1990s,with the acceleration of urbanization and modernization,rural society is facing the pain of modernization transformation.In order to solve the difficulties faced by the countryside in the transition period and rebuild the local culture,the image of "local sages" began to enter the creative vision of local writers.The images of "local sages" since the 1990 s can be divided into "traditional local sages" and "new local sages".Behind these two kinds of images,different writers have different understanding and Reflection on local China.The analysis of the cultural connotation and characteristics of the times of these two different types of "local sages" is of great value and significance to the talent training in the current rural construction and the reflection and reconstruction of local culture.Based on the literary text,combined with certain political,economic and social ethics,this paper summarizes the image construction of "traditional rural sages" and "new rural sages",and excavates their important role in local society.Firstly,in the image construction of traditional local sages,the writer returns to the traditional local context and shows the important role of traditional local sages in clan governance,cultural inheritance and order maintenance.Therefore,it is summarized as:representatives of patriarchal forces,traditional cultural inheritors and traditional order maintainers.This paper discusses their important role in rural governance,so as to look back on the traditional township sage culture and give full play to the moral exemplary role of traditional township sages in the current rural construction.Secondly,in combing the image of Xinxiang sages,from the perspective of power,economy and ethics,the image of Xinxiang sages is divided into three types: grass-roots power owners,rural economic leaders and modern ethics builders,discusses its important significance in rural political democracy,the modern transformation of production mode and the construction of ethical modernization,and discusses the practical dilemma of the current generation of " New local sages".With the help of combing the image of new local sages,we can see through the difficult situation faced by local clubs in the countryside.Finally,it summarizes the reasons and significance of the rise of "Xiangxian" writing.On the one hand,the rise of the image of "Xiang Xian" is the writer’s appeal for the return of rural talents in the current desolate reality of the countryside;On the one hand,it is the writer’s cultural exploration from the modern perspective,through the shaping of the image of "local sages",re condense the rural emotion and reshape people’s psychological identity of local culture.In addition,as the long-term writing object of modern and contemporary literature,"Xiangxian" has experienced a series of image evolution,which not only has important cultural value,but also has certain significance in literary history.
