Research On Xu Zhongyu’s Literary Thought

Mr.Xu Zhongyu is a famous literary and art theorist in China,and one of the practitioners of Marxist literary and art theory.He has excellent scientific research achievements and advanced theoretical thinking,and his literary and art theory has played an important role in the construction of China’s own literary and art theory system and the discipline construction of Literature and art in China.Mr.Xu Zhongyu,as a literary and art worker "with the motherland and the people in mind",has always centered his literary and art theories on the country,nation and people.His works are full of great humanistic concern and express social reality and personal opinions with very simple and kind language.On the basis of predecessors’ creative experience,Xu zhongyu combined with the social status quo at that time,formed his own view of literary and artistic creation,scattered in many of his articles and works.However,there is a lack of research on xu Zhongyu’s theory of literature and art in the academic circle at present,and there is a large space for exploration of his theory of literature and art.This paper mainly integrates and combs Xu Zhongyu’s literary and art thoughts systematically from the perspective of combining history and theory,and deeply explores his theory of literature and art that shines in his literary works.This paper is divided into five parts.The introduction part introduces the origin of the topic selection in detail,and summarizes the current research status of Mr.Xu Zhongyu in the academic circle through the classification of relevant literature reading,analyzes the shortcomings and shortcomings of the existing research,and finally discusses the research method,research purpose and significance of this paper.The first chapter specifically introduces Mr.Xu Zhongyu’s view of literary essence.The theoretical root of Xu Zhongyu’s view of the essence of literature and art comes from Marx and Engels’ philosophical thoughts on human,which he concretizes into the relationship with the social masses and further deepens its human-centered nature.The second chapter specifically studies Xu Zhongyu’s view of literary and artistic creation,and makes a detailed analysis in terms of creation subject,creation principle,creation characteristics and creation skills,highlighting his distinctive creation view;The third chapter explores Xu Zhongyu’s view of literary criticism.From the requirement of the subject quality of criticism to the adherence to the standard and method of criticism,Xu Zhongyu has his own unique views and opinions,which effectively filled the theoretical blank of the criticism circle at that time.The conclusion part summarizes all the research contents of the thesis,and briefly analyzes the basic characteristics and significance of Xu Zhongyu’s artistic thought.The study of Xu Zhongyu’s literary and artistic thoughts can not only expand and deepen the overall understanding and grasp of Xu Zhongyu’s literary and artistic thoughts,but also provide certain theoretical guidance for China’s literary and artistic practice,realize the principle of people-oriented creation,promote the development of China’s socialist literary and artistic cause,and speed up the pace of literary and artistic discipline construction.
