The Study On Chinese Suggestion

Chinese suggestion,as a common form of discourse communication in our daily life,not only has its unique characteristics,but also is an important discourse act,which also plays a regulatory and guiding role in our daily life.In this paper,the methods of induction,deduction and contrast are adopted.Combined with the relevant theories of pragmatics,sociology and communication,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of Chinese suggestion,so as to better grasp and use it.If a discourse act is a suggestion act,it only meets the following eight conditions,namely:(1)It belongs to command discourse act;(2)the main body of this discourse act is the speaker and the subject of implementation is the addressee;(3)the discourse language and the addressee will carry out certain behaviors or activities in the future;(4)the speaker thinks that it is reasonable and necessary for the addressee to carry out this act in the future;(5)the speaker has good reason to believe that the act is beneficial to the addressee;(6)the speaker sincerely hopes that the addressee can accept his or her own perspective and carry out this act;(7)as far as both sides of the communication are concerned,it is understood that under normal circumstances the addressee will not take the initiative to carry out this kind of behavior;(8)the addressee has the right to freely control his or her actions.Chinese suggestion is a kind of Chinese discourse used to implement suggestion behavior,which is mainly composed of core component,auxiliary component and additional component.According to the different combinations among the three components,it can be divided into several categories.In the process of expression,Chinese suggestion also involves various pragmatic principles,including cooperation principle,politeness principle,principle of appropriateness,economic principle and purpose intention principle,which are not clearly defined.In the process of implementation,it is inevitable that the suggestion language will violate some principles while abiding by some principles,and it can also abide by other principles while violating some principles.At the same time,there are many strategies in the process of expression.From the three component analysis,the core component strategy includes direct and indirect recommendation strategies.In the auxiliary component strategy,it includes explaining reasons,fuzzy expression,expressing relations and so on.In the strategy of additional elements,it includes the address strategy and the modal strategy.When it comes to context,it is also crucial to the construction of Chinese suggestion.In the context of the subject of discourse,the relation of the subject of discourse,the power of the discourse,the gender difference and the knowledge background,the context of the object context,the scene context and the social and cultural context all have an important influence on the Chinese suggestion.
