International Chinese education is facing challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic.In recent years,the number of MTCSOL students engaged in counterpart work has not increased,and the waste of talents is serious.Most of the scholars have investigated the training programs and employment public services of MTCSOL students of Chinese education from the source,However,there is not enough attention to the employed master students of Chinese international education,especially on the job satisfaction of this group.Based on Herzberg’s two-factor theory,adopt the method of combining quantitative and qualitative research,through the questionnaire servey and statistical analysis to collect and organize relevant data,using SPSS26.0 software for to the data analysis,and then based on the data in-depth interviews,Study the job status and job satisfaction of masters of Chinese international education,To confirm the strength of job satisfaction in the double factor theory,and analyze the factors affecting the job satisfaction of MTCSOL practitioners,and puts forward countermeasures for improving job satisfaction according to the influencing factors.From the perspective of management,the study designed and compiled questionnaires and conducted surveys on 15 dimensions of job satisfaction:achievement,recognition,job itself,responsibility,promotion and personal developm ent,salary,working conditions,relationship with leadership,relationship with colleagues,relationship with students,supervision,management and policy,personal life and work safety.To understand the current status of MTCSOL practitioners job satisfaction and influencing factors.Through the above analysis,the research results are as follows: Masters of Chinese language international Education practitioners have the highest satisfaction with recognition and achievement among the two factors,and the lowest satisfactionwith status,management and policy,and salary.The factors affecting the job satisfaction of MTCSOL practitioners are divided into three aspects: work experience,professional ability and work status.The overseas teaching experience of Chinese International Education has an impact on their job satisfaction evaluation,which is significantly different in teaching years and intercontinental tenure.Professional ability is mainly that foreign language ability affects the job satisfaction of the survey respondents,and the influence of English proficiency and Russian proficiency on job satisfaction is different.Finally,the status quo of the work,mainly influenced by the nature of the current work unit and the specific position of the practitioner.In the conclusion part of the study,the author thinks about the gender imbalance in the education industry,the waste of talents caused by the passive motivation of MTCSOL,and the advantage of Russian language in the ability cultivation of MTCSOL.It is suggested that employers improve the management system,provide training opportunities,pay attention to humanistic care,pay attention to direct leadership guidance and decentralization,and build incentive promotion and salary increase mechan ism;Colleges and universities should recruit students reasonably from the source,ad-just the ratio of male to female,provide employment guidance and career planning ed ucation,and arrange various recruitment information meetings.Teachers should pay attention to the role of recognition in teaching and encourage students to integrate into the classroom.Individuals should establish a healthy view of employment,improve the sense of responsibility,enhance individual comprehensive ability. |
