Research purpose:Compared with other dance types, sports dance is a dance type that includes a variety of dances and is difficult for learners to get started.Without scientific and accurate training methods will lead to non-standard movements, which may even endanger the health of human body after long-term practice. So in the daily study of students, professional dancers’ practice and teacher’s teaching, especially need scientific training methods. In order to better study the dynamic characteristics of the feet in the teaching and training process of sports dance, this paper analyzes the dynamic distribution characteristics of the foot pressure of female dancer while they dance rumba dance cucaracha steps who have different sports dance training years in Xi’an Physical Education University, and provides scientific and theoretical knowledge services for teachers’ teaching, students’ learning and dancers’ training,it will also accumulate data for future research on the characteristics of the plantar pressure of sports dancers.Research methods:This paper uses the method of literature data, experiment method, mathematical statistics to use the sole pressure system of Senser Medica plantar pressure test equipment and free-step plantar pressure test to analyze different methods to collect data of the plantar pressure indicators. The 18 experimental subjects were classified according to different training years;one group was the professional group, dance age for six years and above;another group was the amateur group, dance age less than two years and below, each with nine persons.Analyze the data through Excel spreadsheet statistics and SPSS26.0 software.Research results:1.The change of the trajectory of the plantar pressure center showed a different beginning. The foot pressure center of the professional group creates an atmospheric "V" shape, while the foot pressure center of the amateur group drafts a tortuous "8" shape. All the plantar of the feet are touched in different order and fixed degrees.2.The professional group has higher pressure peaks in the area of the first toe(T1),the second to fifth toes(T2-T5)and the first metatarsal(M1)than the amateur group, and there is a very significant difference(p<0.01);the professional group is in the fourth to fifth metatarsals(M4-M5)area and the arch lateral(AL)area of the foot pressure peak is slightly higher than the amateur group, and there is a significant difference(p<0.05).3.The professional group has the greatest force in the area of the the second to fifth toes(T2-T5)and the area near the arch medial(AM),and there is a very significant difference(p<0.01);while the amateur group is in the heel medial(HM)The area is higher than the professional group, and there is a very significant difference(p<0.05).There is a significant difference between the professional group in the fourth to fifth metatarsals(M4-M5)area and the professional group(p<0.05).4.The professional group in the first toe(T1),arch lateral(AL)and heel medial(HM)in the amateur group extremely high pressures, and there is a very significant difference(p<0.01);the professional group in the first metatarsal(M1)and the arch medial(AM)area of the foot pressure peak is slightly higher than the amateur group, and there is a significant difference(p<0.05).5.The professional group has higher impulse in the first toe(T1),the second to fifth toes(T2-T5),the first metatarsal(M1),the fourth to fifth metatarsals(M4-M5)and arch lateral(AL)area than the amateur group, and it is very significant difference(p<0.01).6.The time spent in the forefoot kick-off phase of the professional group(1.1 ± 0.2)was higher than that of the amateur group(0.54 ± 0.11),and there was a very significant difference(p<0.01).Research conclusions:1.The professional group dancers has more stable and sporty technical movement, and the trajectory of the pressure center and the range of the movement trajectory are clear and stable compared with the movement with amateur group dancers.2.When doing cucaracha step, the first toe(T1),the second to fifth toes(T2-T5)and the first metatarsal(M1)of the foot are the areas of gravity transfer.3.The professional group dancers have strong ability to withstand pressure on the toes and are an important guarantee for the completion of support during the shift of cucaracha center of gravity.4.The professional group dancers have more vertical and balanced body when doing cucaracha steps.5.The professional group dancers have a high impulse level in the area of the toes, metatarsal lateral and arch lateral during the forefoot kick-off period.
