The Design And Research Of Plant Imagery In "The Book Of Songs" In Interactive Picture Book

The rapid development of technology has made interaction design widely used in many fields,among which interactive picture books incorporate the idea of interaction design on the basis of traditional picture books,which not only allows people to read the contents of picture books more conveniently and quickly,but also brings users a more aesthetic,interactive and interesting reading experience.The Book of Songs,as an excellent traditional culture of China,involves a wide variety of plants,and the imagery of plants is also extremely rich and typical.The imagery of plants not only implies the emotions expressed by the ancestors,but also carries the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.There are many studies on plants and the plant imagery in The Book of Songs,and there are abundant theses and achievements,but there is a lack of exploration and innovation on its cultural communication forms.This study combines the interactive picture book with the traditional culture of The Book of Songs,breaks through the inherent mode of poetry recitation and text analysis,and presents the plant imagery in The Book of Songs in a form that meets the acceptance habits of contemporary readers,so as to promote and inherit the traditional culture of The Book of Songs and bring it closer to contemporary readers.This paper takes the plant imagery in The Book of Songs as the object of study,and classifies and sorts them into character imagery,emotional imagery and documentary imagery.Using the interactive picture book as the medium of expression,combining the rhetorical techniques of "Fu,Bi and Xing" in The Book of Songs,we summed up the design ideas and methods of visual presentation,multi-sensory integration and emotional experience to design and complete the interactive picture book Poetry and Imagery.The picture book uses graphics and images to translate the concrete objects in the poems,presenting the situations described in the poems with pictures,using symbolic elements with metaphorical symbolism to convey the poet’s unspoken emotions and interpret the inner metaphorical meaning of the imagery.Through the multiple compatibility of audio-visual language and the immersive experience of interactive design,the contents of the picture book are integrated with the thoughts and feelings of the poems,and extend the deeper contextual beauty,so that the plant imagery of The Book of Songs is presented more intuitively in the interactive picture book,helping users to deeply understand the cultural connotation of the plant imagery in The Book of Songs,feel the profound cultural charm of The Book of Songs,display and spread the excellent traditional Chinese culture.
