| From the aspects of task-based teaching theory,teaching practice,and classroom reflection in Chinese reading courses,this paper uses the taskbased teaching method to design the teaching of Chinese reading courses in a Thai high school and explores the task-based teaching mode in the teaching of Chinese reading as a foreign language.This paper adopts classroom observation,questionnaire survey and interview to find out the current situation of reading classes and conducts a teaching design according to the classroom teaching objects,Chinese teaching environment and teaching materials.This design stimulates students’ interest and motivation in the early stage of the tasks,helps students gradually master the reading skills and methods in the middle stage,and aims to exercise the students’ language ability in the later stage.The research believes that the task-based teaching method that focuses on cultural teaching design makes the classroom atmosphere more active and interesting,and the students are more motivated.The research shows that from the perspective of the teaching design,teaching process and teaching results,setting the task difficulty close to reality and reasonable grouping can make the tasks better to strengthen the students’ practicality of the teaching content and improve the students’ language ability.This paper will be beneficial to the study of Chinese reading in Thai high schools and the task-based teaching method,and will enrich the teaching materials and related teaching cases. |
