| The Black-clothes Zhuang ethnic group which is a branch of the Zhuang ethnic group lives in Napo County on the Sino-Vietnamese border in Guangxi.They named for the unique black aesthetic and cultural customs.The current theoretical research on the Black-clothes Zhuang ethnic group mainly focuses on the study of their cultural customs,such as rituals,kinship,system,and production.The research on the folk customs of the Blackclothes Zhuang mainly uses the methods of the anthropology of art,including folklore studies on the folklore of the Black-Clothes Zhuang ethnic costumes,stilt style architecture,ancestor-fearing etiquette culture,and religious beliefs that worship nature.However,there is very little research on the creation of fine art and related works based on Black-Clothes Zhuang,which has become an opportunity for the research and creative practice of this dissertation.This thesis is divided into the following five parts to expand: the introduction part mainly from the origin of the writing,the study of the relevant documents of Black-clothes Zhuang at mainland and abroad,and the related artworks of Black-clothes Zhuang,etc.,and put forward the meaning and purpose of the topic;The first chapter is a detailed analysis of the most relevant clothing characteristics and physical features of the Black-clothed Zhuang’s preserved historical traditions,natural environment,humanities and customs,and visual performance,in order to have a more comprehensive grasp of the Black-clothed Zhuang’s shape in creation.The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the form and content of ink and wash figure paintings of a few characters,especially works of the Miao,Hui,Mongolian and Yi ,and explores the expressive power of different brush and ink language;and comparing the fine art works of the Black-clothed Zhuang theme such as oil paintings,Chinese paintings,sculptures and watercolors,for analyzing the composition and modeling characteristics of different types of paintings,and gaining inspiration from mentioned above;Chapter 3 focuses on the creative practice of “Plain but Mysterious——Black-clothed Zhuang Ethnic Group”.The process,especially the in-depth study of the brush and ink,the expressiveness of the ink method and the layered expression;Chapter 4 is a review and extended thinking of the creative process,exploring the existing problems in the creation and thinking about the freehand figure painting the humanitarian care,and the prospect of the academic attitude and creative methods that should be upheld in future creation. |
