The Tales of Hoffmann is the last opera written by Offenbach,a German-born French composer.It is also the only opera seria created by him,and has extremely high artistic research value.In this paper,Antonia,one of the heroines,was selected as the research object to explore the singing artistic image by the methods of literature reading,text analysis and practice.etc.,with the author’s practical experience of singing Antonia’s romance The Dove Has Fled in the mid-term concert of master’s degree as an example.This paper mainly expounds from three aspects.The first part summarizes the life of the composer Offenbach and the creative background and plot of The Tales of Hoffmann.The second part deconstructs the singing artistic image of Antonia hidden in the romance The Dove Has Fled.In the third part,the author analyzes the technical difficulties and solutions of singing romance from the author’s practical experience,and sums up the author’s singing comprehension combined with the singing version of the German soprano Diana Damrau.This paper is a summary of the author’s singing experience,which further consolidates the author’s theoretical foundation,enriches the research materials of Antonia,and hopes to provide more theoretical basis for later learners. |
