Analysis On The Policy Of Promoting The Integration Of Culture And Tourism In Enshi

The integration of culture and tourism is a new way of thinking about my country’s practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It aims to promote the transformation and upgrading of the cultural and tourism industry and meet the people’s growing demand for a better life.In recent years,in order to improve the development level of cultural and tourism integration in my country,governments at all levels have continuously promulgated relevant policies,laws and regulations to promote the rapid development of cultural tourism,continuously extending the cross-border integration of the cultural and tourism industry,and practiced across the country with remarkable results.The support of the Chinese government’s policies has had a profound impact on the construction of the integration of the cultural and tourism industry.It can be seen that correct and appropriate policies are crucial to the continuous improvement of the construction of the integration of the cultural and tourism industry.Comprehensive research analysis Previous scholars research on the effect of national policy implementation found that although there are many research documents,most of them belong to theoretical analysis,and they are all based on a certain industry.However,different regions have different problems and contradictions.The policies must be different.Therefore,it is very important to explore the cultural and tourism integration policy to its influence and to enhance the effectiveness of the policy by taking the region as the research object.In view of this,this study takes Enshi Prefecture as the research and analysis object,and on the basis of theoretical analysis,analyzes the current situation of the integrated development of cultural and tourism industry in Enshi Prefecture and the problems and contradictions in promoting the integrated development of cultural and tourism.Reasons,and proposed targeted improvement measures.This research not only fully analyzes Enshi Prefecture’s rich experience in the development of cultural and tourism integration,and provides new perspectives for subsequent scholars,but also provides theoretical support and practical significance for the analysis and formulation of cultural and tourism integration industrial policies in other regions of my country to improve efficiency.This study uses a variety of analytical methods such as literature method and case analysis method.On the premise of comprehensively analyzing the current situation of cultural and tourism integration in Enshi,we will further study Enshi’s policies to promote the integration of cultural and tourism development,and summarize its merits in promoting cultural and tourism integration.Promote the experience of promotion and learning,find out the main contradictions that exist,and propose solutions to promote the integrated transformation and development of Enshi culture and tourism,and completely build Enshi Prefecture into a national first-class global tourism base.The specific research contents are as follows: First,while studying the status and implementation of Enshi cultural and tourism integration policies,based on leading domestic and foreign experience and evaluation models,we have established Enshi Prefecture cultural and tourism integration promotion policy evaluation regulations,and collected policy implementation through questionnaires.Relevant information evaluates the effect of Enshi Prefecture’s cultural and tourism integration policy.Second,after research,it is learned that although Enshi Prefecture’s cultural and tourism integration policy has achieved corresponding results at this stage,there are still various problems,such as the lack of a sound and systematic cultural and tourism integration policy;the level of legalization and compliance of the policy is relatively high.Low;low policy adaptability and low update level;poor policy-driven effect,etc.Third,in-depth research and summary of the reasons for the low effect of the cultural and tourism integration policy in Enshi Prefecture.The key points include the unreasonable policy establishment,the poor implementation of the policy implementation agency,and the insufficient supervision of policy implementation.Fourth,it is proposed that Enshi Prefecture can establish a mechanism system from the improvement of cultural and tourism integration policies,promote the implementation of cultural and tourism integration policies,and strengthen the supervision of cultural and tourism integration policies to improve the implementation effects of cultural and tourism integration policies.
