Study On The Protection And Development Of Famous Historical And Cultural Villages

At present,under the background of the acceleration of urbanization and the in-depth implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,a large number of ancient towns and villages with historical and cultural value are suffering from sustained damage.Famous historical and cultural villages are not only one of the most important parts of these ancient towns and villages,but also the core form of folk historical and cultural heritage.Nanhe village in Yueqing City is the first and only national famous historical and cultural village in Yueqing City.It has a national cultural relic protection unit and five Ming and Qing wooden archways arranged in a row,which is very rare in eastern Zhejiang and even in southern China.However,the appearance of this historical and cultural village has been gradually destroyed,the historical culture is dying out,the protection and development and utilization problems are serious,and the research is imminent.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the protection,development and utilization of Nanhe village.This paper will take Nanhe village of Yueqing City as an example to carry out a case study on Nanhe village of Yueqing City,a famous historical and cultural village.Starting from the theoretical basis of public goods,public participation and public governance,this paper makes a case description and analysis of the current situation of Nanhe village,that is,the basic situation,main practices and main achievements.Then,it discusses the existing problems in the protection,development and utilization of Nanhe village from six aspects: policy measures,professionals,protection funds,characteristic cultural products,protection awareness,development and utilization,and analyzes the causes of the lagging protection,development and utilization of Nanhe village.On this basis,it puts forward the Countermeasures for the protection,development and utilization of Nanhe village,To provide reference for the protection and development of historical and cultural villages.The possible innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)in the aspect of research content,this study selects the national historical and Cultural Village--Nanhe village in Yueqing City,and carries out systematic research on the current situation of its protection,development and utilization,the cause analysis of existing problems and countermeasures,reflecting the characteristics of the research system(2)The research methods should be appropriate.Taking Nanhe village in Yueqing City as a typical case,this paper discusses the protection,development and utilization of Nanhe village,a famous historical and cultural village in Yueqing City under the new situation.It intends to carry out the research by adopting normative research method,case study method and field investigation method.
