Study On The Protection And Utilization Of Historical And Cultural Heritage In The Background Of Rural Revitalization In Maoao,Zhoushan

Historical and cultural relics are the local non-renewable rare resources.It is of great value not only to the study of regional historical and cultural revolution,but also to the display of regional cultural diversity.And then,It also have great value on the enhancement of the sense of identity and pride of the masses,and the preservation of regional historical context.Ma'ao has a history of 6000 years of human activities.It is known as "The First Village of the island in China",and also famous on "The Land of Island Cultural Relics".There are a lot of historical and cultural relics with marine cultural characteristics which are based on the long history of marine civilization.With the development of Zhoushan Islands New Area and the construction of "beautiful countryside",Ma'ao is actively promoting the construction of "overall view Ma'ao".And in this course,It is very important for Ma'ao to protect and utilize the historical culture of farming and fishing villages,to build a model of new rural culture,and to increase the protection and development of historical and cultural villages and to build a model for Rural Revitalization in island areas.Based on the analyzing of the research on the development and protection of local historical and cultural relics at home and abroad,the author conducts detail investigate on Ma'ao's historical and cultural heritage by means of literature research,field investigation and historical analysis.and the author had collected much first-hand investigation data of Ma'ao's historical and cultural relics.and then,this paper established a comprehensive evaluation index system on Ma'ao's historical and cultural relics,and used Delphi method to determine the weight of each evaluation index.After that,the paper conducted a comprehensive evaluation of 22 major historical and cultural relics in Ma'ao.The evaluation results show that there are 3 historical and cultural relics at the first level,5 at the second level and 14 at the third level.In addition,Ma'ao's historical and cultural relics are generally well preserved.but because of the erosion of natural conditions,lack of professionals,limited sources of cultural heritage protection materials,and insufficient overall development,a series of problems still existed in the process.Finally,combined the current situation of the development and protection of Ma'ao's historical and cultural heritage,The paper put forward for the protection and development of cultural heritage.Such as building the classified and graded protection system,establishing diversified investment and financing channels,cultivating high-quality professional management team,strengthening the planning and implementation of historical and cultural villages,promoting the overall development and linkagedevelopment of historical and cultural heritage,etc.
