The thesis uses Chinese volunteer teachers dispatched by Hubei University of Technology after 2015 as the subjects of investigation and interviews to carry out investigations and studies on relevant occupational adaptation conditions.On the basis of data analysis,the paper believes that the Chinese volunteer teachers of Hubei University of Technology have strong professional adaptability,which is mainly reflected in the high degree of overall professionalization of the Chinese volunteer teachers,strong professional cognition and practical ability,and professional cultural psychological adaptation Power is better and so on.At the same time,there are also certain occupational adaptation problems,such as restrictions on the country and region in which they are appointed,the limited duration of the post,the limited use of the medium of instruction and communication in daily life,and the lack of teaching knowledge and ability.In this regard,based on the analysis of the reasons for the adaptation status of Chinese volunteer teachers in this school,the author tried to put forward measures to improve the professional adaptability of Chinese volunteer teachers in this school.Ability,psychological adaptability,personal cross-cultural adaptability;Hubei University of Technology,as a training unit,should scientifically arrange the teaching system and strengthen students’ vocational ability training;as an important platform for exporting Chinese volunteer teachers,the center of language education and cooperarion should also focus on cross-cultural skills.Conduct training on cultural communication and cross-cultural psychology.
