Research On Cultural Market Regulation Of Suyu District,Suqian City From The Perspective Of Cultural Security

In today’s society,with the continuous development of globalization,culture plays a more and more important role in modern countries.Cultural soft power has gradually become an important part of a country’s comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness,and the proportion of cultural industry in the service industry of various countries has been increasing year by year.What’s more,culture can even become a tool to influence other countries.Western cultural hegemony has a great impact on China’s cultural security and ideological security.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has attached great importance to cultural security and brought it into an important part of the country’s overall security.At the same time,we should make ideological work an extremely important part of the Party’s work.Under the new situation and the new normal,China’s cultural market supervision should also change the supervision concept,not only to grasp the cultural market compliance operation,maintain the order of the cultural market and cultural industry,but also to view the cultural market supervision from the perspective of cultural security,cultural security and ideological safety should be emphasized in the supervision.Taking Suyu District of Suqian city as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of suyu district’s cultural market regulation by means of literature research,field research and other research methods.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction of relevant concepts and theoretical basis,including cultural security,cultural market and cultural market regulation,and the theoretical basis includes government regulation theory,government intervention theory and collaborative governance theory.The second part is the perspective of cultural security suqian two districts district cultural market management present situation analysis,including the basic circumstances and suqian cultural market two districts district cultural market regulation measures taken,at the same time introduces the suqian two districts district cultural market supervision in rural performance,Chinese films,publications,Internet culture market content analysis of existing problems and corresponding reasons;The third part introduces the experience of cultural market supervision in the United States,The United Kingdom,South Korea,Beijing,Hangzhou,Guangzhou and other places,and summarizes the contents worthy of reference suyu District suqian.The fourth part is the countermeasures to strengthen the supervision of suyu District cultural market in Suqian from the perspective of cultural security,including establishing the dynamic supervision mode of rural performance market,building the main position of network cultural market,promoting the development of domestic film industry in an all-round way,strengthening the censorship of publication content,etc.The novelty of my research:（1）from the perspective of cultural law enforcement personnel,specific analysis is made of the specific fields involved in cultural security in the cultural market.（2）Under the new situation,it is proposed to change the concept of cultural market supervision,pay attention to cultural safety supervision and ideological work,firmly grasp the main position of network culture,and establish a cultural review mechanism.
