"Perspective Speech"-The Application And Practice Of Character Perspective In Dance Narration

Dance,as an art with body language as the medium,has certain abstractness in the narration and understanding of its body language.However,the contemporary Chinese dance scene has already broken the short board of difficult dance narrative with modern creation concept and technical means,making dance art“good at lyric and skillful in narrative”,and a large number of excellent dance narrative works have emerged.In the research,to ensure the science and objectivity of the argument,This article from the teacher Liu Lian proposed “narrative perspective”,teacher Xiao Suhua proposed “motivation choreography method” through the research.In combination with the personal original work“See the Red Chamber Again”and the analysis of excellent dance narrative works as a case for joint exploration,in order to sort out the application of“character perspective”in the creation.In the article,the perspective of greater-than-personage,equal to personage and less than personage are analyzed.First of all,from the cognitive perspective of the director,the author helps the director to express his or her ideas through the mutual understanding of “big” and“small” in the selection of materials and ideas,the selection of contradictions and antagonisms in the emotional relationship of characters,and the concentration and generalization of events and plots.Secondly,in the perspective of creation of characters,the author lays out the narrative structure,develops the motive of body language and creates the artistic conception of characters through the fluctuation of characters’ inner emotions,so as to complete the dialogue between the director and the characters’ images.Finally,the role of character’s perspective in the selection of material,conception,structure and emotional resonance in dance narrative is summarized,and the promotion of the application of different character’s perspective in the whole process from narration to acceptance is explored,and its significance is explored.Therefore,the author believes that the application and practical exploration of this subject has certain theoretical and creative application value,which can help creators to find new ideas of dance narrative.
