| With the implementation of the "Healthy China" strategy and the national strategy of "fitness for all" and the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is necessary to pay attention to the people’s happiness.As a fitness activity that the masses like to hear,square aerobics dance plays an active role in helping the whole people to exercise and enhance the subjective happiness of the people.Therefore,in order to help the construction of a healthy Sichuan and a strong sports province and enhance the subjective happiness of the masses,this paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,etc.to investigate the participants’ exercise time,exercise years,subjective happiness,etc.,to understand the participants’ participation status and subjective happiness level,to explore the differences in subjective happiness in different exercise years,exercise time,consumption and other participation behaviors,and the relationship between each participating behavior and subjective happiness.To promote the chengdu square aerobics and dance movement to better carry out and enhance the subjective happiness of participants.The findings suggest:(1)(1)Most of the square aerobics dance participants in Chengdu like it because of their own preferences;in order to strengthen their health and make friends to join the sports;they prefer to participate with friends.(2)Participants exercise more frequently;exercise duration is moderate,exercise years are longer,and more exercise periods are involved;exercise venues are diverse,mainly squares,and venues basically meet needs;exercise content is mainly based on gymnastics and ethnic dances,and the ways to learn content are diverse.(3)Participants can harvest a high sense of happiness and friendly interpersonal relationships by participating in exercise;they will participate in related activities.(4)Consumption is mainly used to purchase clothing and equipment;families and surrounding residents are supportive of exercise.(2)(1)The subjective happiness of the participants was generally at the upper middle level,and there was a certain gap between the factors and the overall subjective happiness level of different participants.(2)In addition to the physical and mental health experience factors,the remaining 8 factors all showed a moderately high subjective happiness level.(3)Subjective happiness is highest in social confidence experience factor,and subjective happiness is lowest in physical health experience factor.(3)(1)In terms of exercise years,exercise for more than four years is higher in terms of mental balance experience,interpersonal adaptation experience,target value experience,self-acceptance experience,and subjective happiness mean than exercise for half a year to two years.(2)In terms of exercise time,exercise for 61-90 minutes is higher than exercise for 30-60 minutes in terms of subjective happiness in interpersonal adaptation experience and family atmosphere experience;the happiness of more than 120 minutes in terms of growth and progress experience,self-acceptance experience,and subjective happiness is higher than that of exercise for 61-90 minutes and 30-60 minutes.(3)In terms of the frequency of participation in competition performance activities,participating in more than 4 activities a year can obtain the highest subjective happiness in terms of self-acceptance experience factor.(4)In terms of the frequency of viewing competition performance activities,watching 4 or more times a year is higher than watching 2 times a year,and 1 time in terms of interpersonal adaptation experience,social confidence experience,target value experience,self-acceptance experience,and subjective happiness mean;watching 0times a year has the highest subjective happiness in the experience of mental balance.(5)In terms of consumption,the subjective happiness of spending more than 1500 yuan a year in the experience of contentment and self-acceptance is the highest,and the subjective happiness of consumption of 0-500 yuan is the lowest in these two aspects.(4)(1)For women,exercise time,frequency of participation in and watching competition performance activities,exercise frequency,and years of age are positive correlation factors for their subjective happiness levels;only exercise triggers are positive correlation factors for men’s subjective happiness levels.(2)In the age group of 45-59 years old,the triggers for exercise,years of age,consumption,exercise time and frequency,and the frequency of participating in and watching competition performance activities are all positively correlated factors for their subjective happiness level. |
