China is a large country in higher education,to achieve the goal of becoming a powerful country in higher education,it is essential to improve the quality of college teacher education.Therefore,it is the most important task to speed up the curriculum reform Colleges and universities,cultivate high-quality teachers for basic education.The realization of ideal curriculum reform in colleges and universities,first of all,needs to guide teachers’ ideal teaching wind vane,so that the ideal curriculum effect can be transformed into realistic teaching,and the continuous improvement of the quality of college teacher education can be realized.In recent years,China has issued a series of relevant education policies to strengthen the courses reform and improve the teachers’ ability.In 2017,the promulgation of "Implementation Measures of Normal Specialty Certification in Colleges and Universities(Temporary)" provides policy guidance for the reform of normal majors in colleges and universities across the country,which also shows that China attaches great importance to the ability training of normal students in colleges and universities.Under this background,it has certain practical significance to study the normal professional courses.Based on this,our research uses questionnaire method,interview method,etc.Taking the dance course of musicology major of S university under the background of normal professional certification as the research object,combined with the overall talent development law of musicology,it is understood from the four levels of the course goal,course content,course implementation method,and course evaluation of the dance course how does S university’s music major dance course implement the concept of teacher professional certification and analyzes the current situation and existing deviation of S University under the background of certification.First of all,through combing the literature to understand the current development trend of the professional certification of teacher training and the dance course of musicology,so as to explore the significance and value of this research.Secondly,summarize the curriculum reform experience of six universities that have passed the normal professional certification,including Northeast Normal University,and understand how the universities that have passed the second level certification of middle school education of normal majors,by using the method of questionnaire survey to understand and analyze the current situation of dance course of Musicology Major in S university,it is found that the goal orientation of dance course in S university is not accurate,lack of embodiment of practicing teachers’ ethics and educational feelings;the content of the course does not fit well with the basic education,and it rarely involves the content of dance courses that meet the requirements of the development of the times;the curriculum method is more conservative,and the content of the curriculum needs to be more appropriate;The subject of curriculum evaluation is relatively single,and the integration of process evaluation and result evaluation is poor.Finally,through the mastery of the relevant experience of the second level certification of middle school education colleges and universities,combined with the above-mentioned problems existing in S University,it provides suggestions for the reform of the music major dance course of S University.And further summarized the important guarantee for the improvement of the quality of music professional dance courses under the background of normal professional certification.
