Research On Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Dalian Cultural Industry Park

With the gradual development of cultural industries,cultural industrial parks have emerged as the Times require,and the importance attached to the development of cultural industries has been increasing in many parts of the country,the management of Cultural Industrial Park plays an important role in the development and construction of the park.Against this background,Dalian has taken a series of exploration and powerful measures for the management and construction of cultural industry parks,promoting park management and promoting the development and growth of cultural industry enterprises,but some problems remain.Through the study of the problems in the management of Dalian Cultural Industry Park,it is helpful to change the concept of service-oriented government,to better manage the park,and to strengthen the city’s cultural industry.Based on the investigation of the current situation of the management of Dalian Cultural Industrial Park,this paper sorts out the relevant domestic and foreign literatures,and takes the theory of public goods,the theory of New Public Management and the theory of new public service as the guide,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of Dalian Cultural Industrial Park at the present stage and the reasons,with a view to exploring the countermeasures to solve the existing problems.After conducting a questionnaire survey on the administrative committee of Dalian Cultural Industrial Park and the enterprises of Dalian Cultural Industrial Park,the article comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the management of Dalian Cultural Industrial Park,and finds that the management of Dalian Cultural Industrial Park is basically in place,the management construction level needs to be promoted,the enterprise obtains the basic satisfaction regarding the park management demand.But at the same time,there are some problems such as the construction of public service platform is not perfect,the insufficient supporting policy of public government,the difficulty of talent gathering and so on.Combined with the results of the questionnaire survey,the article has three aspects: the role orientation of the administrative committee of the park,the establishment and perfection of the policies and regulations of the government departments,the self-problems in the development of enterprises,and the problems of talent cultivation and gathering,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the management of Dalian Cultural Industrial Park.In view of the present situation of the management of Dalian Cultural Industry Park,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,which are to strengthen the government policy support and government guidance,to cultivate the professional talents of cultural industry,and to strengthen the construction of government service function.
