The Propaganda And Mobilization Of The Resisting U.S. And Aiding North Korea Movement In North Sichuan District

From 1950 to 1952,North Sichuan actively responded to the national call to "fight against the United States and aid North Korea to protect the country",and the news media dominated by "North Sichuan Daily" reported the relevant events.As a propaganda carrier,"North Sichuan Daily" promotes the dissemination of current affairs and information,and at the same time,the enlightenment effect of public opinion propaganda promotes the change of people’s mentality,which has an important impact on the implementation of government work.By combing the reports of North Sichuan Daily against the American aid to the DPRK,it is helpful to understand the propaganda and mobilization in North Sichuan during the anti-American aid to the DPRK movement,so as to strengthen the regional study of the anti-American aid to the DPRK movement,and deepen the understanding of the influence of the media in life.The structure of this paper consists of introduction,text and conclusion.In the text part,the author discusses the background,process,form,theme and effect of the propaganda and mobilization in North Sichuan during the anti-American campaign.In the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,although the social situation in North Sichuan was grim,it still actively responded to the propaganda and mobilization of the whole country against the movement of American aid to North Korea.According to the call of Anti-American and Aid North Korea Association and the specific response of North Sichuan Branch,the propaganda mobilization in North Sichuan District is divided into three stages: initial popularization,gradual deepening and sustainable development.In the initial popularizing stage,all walks of life in northern Sichuan participated in the propaganda of the anti-American campaign to aid North Korea;In the gradually deepening stage,the first in the countryside to further popularize,and then in the whole region in-depth publicity and mobilization;In the sustained development stage,exposed the harm of germ warfare launched by the United States,all walks of life in northern Sichuan participated in the propaganda and mobilization of the eradication of germ warfare.Newspaper is the main form of propaganda and mobilization in North Sichuan,which is the focus of this paper.Most of the whole text can be discussed with the data of North Sichuan Daily.In addition,drama is an important form of propaganda and mobilization in North Sichuan.The propaganda and mobilization in the north of Sichuan sometimes focused on the three main themes of propaganda and education,indictment of American imperial crimes,and eulogizing the friendship between China and Korea.Current affairs propaganda and education include current affairs propaganda and report and question discussion and answer,question discussion and answer is the important theme of North Sichuan;The accusation of American imperial crimes is the main theme in North Sichuan;Praising the friendship between China and North Korea is a rival theme for accusing the US of imperial crimes.In the propaganda and mobilization in the north of Sichuan,the spirit of patriotism runs through the whole process of propaganda and mobilization.The north of Sichuan strongly supported the war of resisting American aggression and helping Korea,which was embodied in mobilizing the enthusiasm of production,rising the upsurge of joining the army and promoting the development of the donation campaign.In the end,the thesis concludes that in the anti-American aid campaign,the north of Sichuan province mainly propagandises the farmers,mainly newspapers in form,supplemented by dramas,and focuses on the discussion and solution of the problems in theme,and the farmers in the north of Sichuan province make the main contribution in the donation.There are also limitations in propaganda mobilization in North Sichuan,which is related to the educational level of farmers.There are a lot of contents related to the propaganda and mobilization of the anti-US and aid-DPRK movement in the North Sichuan Daily,so I choose to quantify the information and data related to the propaganda and mobilization,and present them directly in the form of charts to echo the rationality of most of the arguments in the full text.In addition,it also uses some research results related to the north of Sichuan,the anti-American campaign to aid Korea,propaganda mobilization and so on to demonstrate and support the relevant research in this paper,so as to present the propaganda mobilization in the north of Sichuan in the campaign to resist the United States and aid Korea.
